You play as a lone survivor or a small group struggling to maintain a patch of land in the midst of chaos. Hordes of zombies roam the landscape, and survivors may become your allies or enemies. Scarce resources, unpredictable weather, and the constant threat of the undead will push you to your limits.
Grow crops, tend to livestock, and build makeshift defenses to protect your farm. At night, beware: zombie hordes are drawn to signs of life, and your farm will face relentless attacks after dark. Fortify your land, craft traps, and ensure your defenses hold through the night.
During the day, take your trusty pickup truck and explore the desolate world to scavenge for scrap, materials, and valuable supplies. But be careful—these excursions are risky, and you may encounter both zombies and rival survivors along the way.
A thriving barter economy also emerges as you sell your raised crops to other survivor groups in exchange for better equipment, advanced weapons, and critical materials. Strengthen your farm, evolve your defenses, and gain access to powerful tools to survive.
