So I bought this game because I saw the only review was by Obey The Fist and I simply didn't think it was fair for him to be sole voice for this game. Is Red Blaster some sort of ingenious game that everyone needs to rush out and play? Of course not and I'm sure even the developer wouldn't say so about their own game. What is here though is a really simple arcade shooter that doesn't break new ground in any way but it does exactly what it set out to do. It brought to mind the ancient game Stampede, released by Activision way back in the Atari era. You have to prevent the ships from reaching the bottom of the screen or striking your ship. You can upgrade your ship from the points you earn in the level. That's about it. At worst, I'd say maybe 5 bucks is a little too much for the game as is but I'm okay with the couple of bucks I spent on it. Give the demo a shot if you like Atari style games. But look at that review by Obey The Fist. It is the most entitled rambling I've seen...
