About This Game

There is an island in the ocean that's lost in the fog and absent from all geography maps. The seafarer suffers a shipwreck and gets washed ashore an island. He attempts to find a way out, as he develops a relationship with the natives.
The ultimate objective is to build a ship and leave the island. But first the player must build a house, a boat, and other strategic objects, all the while helping the natives with their problems. The final task is to build a vessel and sail away.
The point of the game is to complete the levels Match 3 and receive access to Hidden Objects and Puzzles, at which point the player can begin to build objects.

Key features:

  • Incredible locations
  • Awesome gameplay
  • Original game world
  • 18 building structures
  • 123 diverse levels
  • 2 game modes: Normal & Time Challenge

Nice, fun minigames and easy hidden object scenes are strewn between soon tedious match block games. Mostly swapping pieces, some click to remove all linked pieces. They simply take too long, even with some special abilities that can be bought with coins you earn while playing. Stupid story, and highly irritating character. Had to turn off sound to at least not hear her noises (was that meant to be singing?) whenever she started acting impatient. I would have liked to just shoot her, often thinking, "If you don't like how I do this, do it yourself, you stupid dumb %§&$!" The idea to have to remove pieces to clear a path is nice, but the character itself just ruins it. With that, I can't recommend it for anyone who just wants to play some match block game. Better play Season Match (the first one), Hexus, or Heroes of Hellas 3. Intergalactic Bubbles is fun too, though sadly only fullscreen (sigh).

A simple little match-3 game with some (easy) hidden object scenes. The match-3 portions are very reminiscent of the jewel quest games in their added quirks. There is some plot behind the game leading you across portions of the map, but it's very much a casual puzzle game. Graphics are simplistic but cute and fitting for the game. The game did bug out on me once during a match-3 section, wherein all of the criteria were met to 'win' the map but it wouldn't close out. I had to return to map and retry the level, losing the progress I had. Not a big deal in a match-3 game but still frustrating. Worth picking up on sale, especially for the younger audience, but not worth full price of $4.99 unfortunately.

I cannot recommend this as a hidden object game, since it isn't one. This is a match 3 game with some other puzzles in it - including some easy hidden object scenes. I think this game is geared for a younger audience. Some of the layouts are difficult, but you're encouraged to use the special abilities you can buy (and I think it's the only way to clear the board, sometimes). I'm writing this recommendation simply to counter the negative reviews. (For match 3 games, I prefer Season Match or 7 Wonders.) And the music isn't awful if you don't mind it getting stuck in your head.

Let's just say it's an average match-3, with some mini games, like hidden objects. But it isn't fun, not very beautifull and the music is awful.

A nice match three game with some pleasant minigames thrown in. Like most of these games it's repetitive, but the time it takes to complete is decent. The slight story is also a bit of simple fun to break up the rounds.

I bought this as part of the Shaman Games bundle but if I had spent money on only this game I would be horribly disappointed and perhaps would even get a refund. I can see what they were going for with the different match-3 types (to keep a long game interesting) but it was annoying as I'd get used to swapping and then wonder why I couldn't swap things anymore as it changed to clicking things instead. Also, each individual item you match is FULLY animated on hover and it's very distracting as you mouse over them to make matches. Paired with the colours, it made me feel a bit sick (spinning green beetle was the worst), which is why I gave up on this game so quickly.

Great brain exercise. Great for memory & problem solving. Lots of mini games all rolled up into 1, so you never get board. This is a fun and addictive game.
