Mecha Force

There's some nice variations and fun upgrades that change up the gameplay. A lot of VR games launch in Early Access and feel like demos, but not this game. My two biggest complaints currently is that the camera seems to move after each loading screen, so you may have to move around in order to be properly centered. Also, the locomotion feels a bit stiff, especially in the hub areas. Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting a steady 90 fps. For being the only mecha game on VR, I was going in not expecting much but being prepared to change my mind as this is still in Early Access. Everything is quite barren, and the combat is really underwhelming. I really, really enjoy the launch sequence and feel that with time this could be a polished and really fun experience, but I wasn't having fun. I feel more like I'm playing Wii Sports Resort than a mecha game. In its current state, I can't recommend it, but I certainly hope others will have more fun than I did.

the game in its current state, admittedly, isn't great BUT, i do believe that it will become a great mecha game in the future.
