My "First Play on Launch Day!" Video and First Impressions Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=si32Vb-0i9I This game is definitely different and unique, not quite like any other game I've ever played before. The goal is start from a blue safe box area and move about a randomly generated level and find prisoners being held captive by the evil doers which aim to kill you and the prisoners. Once you find them, you can simply press the E key to order them to follow you and you lead them back to the starting blue safe zone. Movement is made by rotating your direction with the mouse, then holding the left mouse button down to move forward in the direction you face. You can fire unlimited bullets in a straight path in front of you by hitting the space button. To me, the movement controls would be much better if they had taken a more traditional approach and made WASD be movement, perhaps using A & D to rotate, W to move forward in the direction you face, and this would allow you to ...

About This Game
The adventure of our hero continues beyond the legend, with new scenarios and dangers!
The protagonist of the game will walk and explore endless mazes procedurally generated and will have a single mission: to save the prisoners scattered in the path leading them to the point of rescue.
The main character must also defend these prisoners from the enemies that appear in every part of the playing field. The main feature of the game is the complete procedural generation of scenarios and lighting, which allows an unlimited variety of play. With the advance of the levels, the game scenarios are becoming larger and intricate, with ever greater dangers. The number of game levels is unlimited, and the game stores statistics and many score rankings to increase the charm and challenge.
The aim of the game is to save a number of prisoners in the maze of each level, and to do this you have to group them and bring them to a save point placed randomly within the maze. In the path appear enemies that chase you and kill the prisoners who need to save. When you will shoot the enemies you have to be careful not to kill the prisoners to save. The groups of prisoners are scattered randomly in the path of each level, and to find them you'll have to explore the maze by seeking help from the map on the top screen. Enemy bases are scattered randomly in the path, and these bases are colored red. The save point instead is colored blue.
Each level is a maze that is always different, unpredictable and randomly generated, as well as lights and lighting used in the level. In this way the game dynamics are always new. The number of levels is infinite, as well as the score that can be achieved. Are stored up to 100 high scores and statistics, so we challenge everyone to become legends and heroes! With the advance of the levels, the game gets bigger, richer and difficult. The number of enemy bases increase with advancing levels, as the number of prisoners to be saved.

User Reviews
Control issues, camera issues, balance issues, trying to figure out what is what (everything in this game is a glowing blob of blocks) and the fact that using "magnet" mode means attracting hostages and baddies alike (and not using it leaves the baddies sitting there waiting to be shot) made me not want to play this game. Versions 1, 3 and 4 (all on Steam) look fairly much the same, too. Personally, I think the term "cash grab" is overused, but when a developer sells basically the same game in 4 similar versions instead of updating the game that's there (or perhaps removing the older versions from the store, giving customers vouchers for the newer installments), I do believe they have their income more at heart than they do giving us value in exchange for our money.
Unlimited Escape 2 is a direct copy + paste of Unlimited Escape 1. It's exactly the same game, except it has "2" at the end of the title. Does that quality this as an asset flip if it's the developers own asset they flipped? I can tell you one thing for sure, if you copy + paste garbage, the result is garbage. This (and the game it's a 1:1 copy of) is a really mediocre, badly made 3D rendered 2D top down action puzzle game... thing... it's hard to tell. There's no actual tutorial, so you're left to try guess from the badly translated "Help" page that you have to wander around and lasso prisoners to rescue them or something... look, this really is pure garbage, badly implemented, badly conceptualised, and with absolutely zero value as a real game for gamers. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game fro...
