"Cat Island Petrichor" is an exploration adventure game where players take on the role of a cat and solve mysteries set on a beautiful cat island in Japan.

In order to create a report, a young girl named Makoto visits a certain cat island to unravel the "mysteries hidden on the island."
She begins her full-scale investigation in preparation for the "island festival" that will take place in seven days.
Explore facilities such as the once prosperous lighthouse, shrine, and museum, and uncover the hidden mysteries of the island.
You are a cat!

You will become a white cat living on the cat island and assist Makoto in her investigation of the "mysteries hidden on the island."
Using cat-specific controls, you will help solve various puzzles!

Many unique residents live on the cat island.
A mother and child running a diner, a shrine maiden, a receptionist at the tourist information center, and other heroines with distinct personalities will assist with the investigation.
Additionally, there are scenarios depicting interactions with each heroine.

While enjoying interactions with the heroines, you can catch glimpses of their vulnerable sides, such as bathing scenes or moments of unguarded charm.
