About This Game

Survive the Undead Onslaught with the Power of Words!

In this thrilling action-survival game, you find yourself in a forest under siege by relentless zombies. But these aren't just any zombies—they are fueled by words. To fend off the undead, you'll need to type the words displayed above their heads. Each correct letter sends a bullet flying, and completing the word takes down the enemy. The words vary in difficulty, becoming more challenging as you progress through the stages.

Level Up and Equip Powerful Items:

As you eliminate enemies, you'll gain experience and level up. With each level, choose from a selection of common, rare, or legendary items to enhance your survival chances. Strategize your loadout with powerful items that can dramatically impact the outcome of the game, helping you survive longer against increasingly difficult waves of zombies.

Master the Art of Survival:

Explore three unique maps, each with its own difficulty curve, as you fight to survive wave after wave of undead. Face off against four different types of enemies:

  • Normal Zombies: Regular words that keep you on your toes.
  • Confusing Zombies: Their words shuffle every second, making them tricky to defeat.
  • Rubbish Zombies: A chaotic mix of random letters and numbers.
  • Small Zombies: These enemies have a single-letter word but are very fast.

Harness Special Words and Combos:

Use special word types to gain advantages in battle:
  • Purple Words: Instantly kill three visible enemies.
  • Blue Words: Freeze all visible enemies in their tracks.
  • Gold Words: Achieve double gold amount.

Build up your combo bar by typing accurately, multiplying your score as you chain together correct words. Be careful—one mistake can reset your combo and cost you valuable points. Certain rare and legendary items interact with the combo bar, adding even more strategic depth to the gameplay.

Visit the Shop for Strategic Upgrades:

Earn gold by defeating zombies and use it in the shop to fortify your defenses. Purchase barricades to block enemy advances, mines to decimate groups of zombies, mud to slow them down, and torches to light up the night. Careful management of your resources can make the difference between life and death, especially when darkness falls and the zombies become even more dangerous.

Climb the Leaderboards:

Test your typing skills and survival instincts as you aim to last as long as possible. Your performance will be ranked on global leaderboards based on your score and typing accuracy. Will you rise to the top and prove your mastery of words and survival?

Key Features:
  • Unique Typing-Based Combat: Use your typing skills to fend off hordes of zombies.
  • Strategic Leveling System: Choose from a variety of items to customize your playstyle.
  • Dynamic Shop System: Purchase and deploy defensive items to increase your chances of survival.
  • Diverse Enemy Types: Each with unique challenges to overcome.
  • Special Word Types: Gain powerful effects by typing the right words.
  • Combo System: Enhance your score with accurate typing and strategic play.
  • Challenging Maps: Three maps with distinct difficulty levels.
  • Global Leaderboards: Compete against other players and show off your skills.

Can you survive the zombie apocalypse using only your wits and your words? The undead are waiting...

Things to do when bored: -Watch drake running behind minors -Shoot zombie kids -Shit the mud out of ur ass on the roads -Come back home and play keyboard soldier. But actually a very good game. Especially when u have nothing to do. The idea is original (kinda) and it REALLY doesn't get on your nerves... Yeah... But all tho the game is good - could be better. The creator could add: - Game modes (like only normal words, random letters and numbers combined, only one letter/number zombies) - Difficulty selection (Easy/normal/hard/impossible) - The words on the zombies could be your steam friends names (If that's possible) or at least the friends that play keyboard soldier. Overall, very good and entertaining game. Teaches you fast typing, only in one language sadly, but maybe there will be more in the future. Also there could be some kind of words filter... Because letting out drake and minors at the same time isn't the best idea:D (words of the zombies) I really recommend this game if ...

This game is actually pretty cool and totally different from most games I’ve played. The whole point is that you have to type super fast and accurately to control your troops and fight in battles. It’s like a strategy game but instead of clicking around, you’re typing words as quickly as possible. Mess up a word, and your strategy falls apart—it’s intense! The game gets pretty challenging, especially as you go through the campaign, but it’s super satisfying once you get the hang of it. The visuals are simple, but that works because it helps you focus on the action. I’d say it’s perfect if you’re into improving your typing skills but also want something that feels more tactical and action-packed. It’s not for everyone, though. If you’re not into fast-paced games or don’t like typing under pressure, it could be frustrating. But if you're looking for something unique, it’s worth trying. Plus, you’ll end up typing like a pro!

After playing this game for some time I can say this game helped me out a lot. First of all I drastically improved my typing speed and got better at spelling words. Furthermore, I had a lot of fun, even challenging my friends to see if they could get a better score than me. I would love if the game would have a feature where you can either enter your own dictionary to learn new words for school, because I found it easier memorising than just learning from a book. But seting that aside i highly recommend giving this game a try. Who knows maybe you will get addicted to the game and develop useful skills in the long run.

I also like the item and building mechanics it can help you survive longer if your typing skills suck lol. Some people get insane scores on the leaderboard and its mindblowing how they do that...
