About the Game

Tiny Pasture is your charming little farm simulator that cozies up at the bottom of your screen, keeping you company while you work or study. In this game, you can buy adorable baby animals, grow them, and collect coins dropped from them once they’re all grown up to rake in some sweet profits and expand your pasture. When you improve yourself and have fun, your little critters will grow with you.

Unlock New Species

Rabbits, foxes, alpacas, birds... and even slimes and zombies? Before long, you'll have an entire animal army!

Get Interactive with Your Animals

Feed them, click on them, and watch them grow happily! You can also click on them with the middle mouse button to make them follow your cursor around!

Raise a New Life

Place the Mystery Curtain in the Pasture and choose two adult animals of the same species. After a while, they'll breed and bring forth newborn animals!

Magic Pasture

Purchase and deploy magical facilities to help you keep your animals clean and healthy!

Other features

Freely drag and adjust the length of the pasture. Place it anywhere on your screen!

It takes up a little too much room on the screen, and there is too little content to justify the playtime. I think I unlocked every animal within a day and reached the rainbow-tier colours achievement for each a couple days later. Everything since then has just been twiddling my thumbs waiting for the final achievement (unlock every animal slot), because every subsequent slot is nearly twice the price of the previous. For a couple dollars, sure, but there isn't much here, even for a desktop idler.

Sadly, Steam doesn’t allow reviews to be marked as “Mixed”, which is exactly how I feel about this game. On one hand, if you just want something adorable running in the background, it’s perfect — I’d absolutely recommend it for casual players. On the other hand, if you’re like me — a perfectionist who loves chasing achievements and 100% completing games — then be warned: it’s going to be a long and frustrating journey. The game itself is an idle game, and I genuinely enjoyed it a lot at first. The art is cute, the atmosphere is relaxing, and for a while, working toward achievements felt rewarding. I made steady progress and had fun… until I hit the very last achievement. I’ve earned 54 out of 55 achievements, but “Lots of Animals” is on a completely different level. The final pasture slots are ridiculously expensive — I’ve been struggling with this for three weeks now since earning achievement 54. In that time, with the game running all day, every day...

My very favorite idle game! I adore raising the fish and animals, the gamble for rainbows, the collecting of the various colors and patterns of animals, making themed pastures and aquariums. It's cute, it's fun to play actively or passively, and they're always adding new things. Highly, highly recommend!

I wanted to like this game as a cute little desktop idle so badly. Unfortunately, it presents itself more as a Cookie-Clicker meets gachapon that feels more like a waste of time than anything else. There aren’t many ways to interact with the animals you already have, so you just end up blowing thousands of coins on new ones. Combine that with the management of multiple pastures and you end up with a shockingly stressful experience that contrasts heavily with how the game presents itself.

Tiny Pasture, cute "idle" screen game that has turned out to be more of a chore than I thought I was in for. I don't think I'd be being honest if I truly tried to call this game an idle one. The initial few days had me quite hooked, clicking clicking, dragging, coin collecting, saving up. I think I spent a genuine 4ish hours on the first night trying to unlock as much as I could, it was easy stuff and pretty cute to boot. Then you get your midgame setup working well, you have an automatic feeder, cleaner and coin collector that you can upgrade as you wish. I left my game open for maybe 5 hours while I went out to run errands and came back to a pasture full of very sick and hungry animals that had generated very little coin in my absence, despite having the auto-helpers activated. Since then I make sure to come back and check the animals every 1-2 hours at the minimum. [b] You can't even drop food en masse before you leave because food items left on the ground will poof after a certai...

7/10: A very cute idle/clicker game. If you just want to see some cute pets on your monitor, sure go for it. 3/10: As a completionist. The achievement "Lots of Animals" is a bit absurd to obtain. Purchasing the last few slots is so expensive, and neither the regular animals nor the DLC animals generate enough income to reach 7,200,000,000 gold.. unless you're extremely patient or spend a ton of time grinding (especially if you're relying on rainbow frogs). Previously, this achievement wasn’t too hard to get. But since more slots have been added to the pasture, the final slot now costs 7.2 billion, making the goal feel excessive.
A cute idler game that felt like a waste of time.

Buy animals, watch them grow, fill your collection.
The game is fun, watching animals act charming, feeding them, and trying to develop... Until you max your upgrades, and the grow-time went over 30 minutes. There are no methods to increase the grow speed, and supplementing elements are too easy to max. From then the game is empty. There is no more development in game-play, but they ask you to grind for achievements. To get all achievements, you have to get most animals to 5-stars, 0.2% each; and make all colors be 5-stars too. This takes forever because 5-stars take like 20x longer to grow. And you can't change the grow-time, no matter how rich you are. What's the problem with that? It's an idler game, no? The problem is, this is the only thing you could set as a goal in late-game but it's too tiring. And this is the main reason why I don't recommend this game although I enjoyed it early-game. The game is slow-paced at the start, but as your animals gradually earn more money, you'll be able to afford better quality animals as a replacement I would recommend this game for idle gamers, animal lovers, and achievement hunters! PS. I got to 100% at ~210 hours played, often leaving my PC on overnight, or while gaming (not a demanding game) to earn more money for upgrades

The only bottom of screen game that doesn't suck my attention away and makes me more focused, trust me I've tried a lot of bottom of screen games and this is the best for focusing.
