Plays more like an idler, with no annoying checkout queues and tills. Allowing you to focus on setting up the perfect skateshop with less pressure than the usual shop sim. I dig it.

honestly a very fun simulator! always have dreamt about owning a skate shop and not having to join Scientology (iykyk). so this fixes that urge!

W game, W dev, W everything. The full release is here and Tyler pretty much added everything I was hoping for back when I played the demo. Now there’s way more posters, more furniture, more brands, magazines, TVs playing skate videos, couches, racks with boards all the stuff that makes it feel like a real skate shop. The game still has that same cozy vibe but now it’s way more fleshed out. In the demo you could max everything out in like an hour, but now I’ve been playing for way longer and I’m still not done. The references to real brands like Baker or Santa Cruz are still super cool to see. But adding other real life brand was 10 outta 10 move. My favorite thing in this game is just cozy, slow playing and decorating my store. I hope there will be more decorations in the future tho. But this is still an amazing game W game made by W Tyler Ray. [spoiler]He literally did more for skateboarding community than EA for past 15 years of making skate 4 lol [/spoiler]

This game is clearly developed for the love of the culture and that's something I can get down with. Some more generic furniture, maybe steam workshop support & local music importing would be the cherry on top. 9/10 - Support your local Skate House

Super chill game with a super fun gameplay loop. I love seeing how other people have designed their shop but please add more expansions as I am out of wall space lol

I suppose for $8 I shouldn't be asking for much, but I realized in under 2 hours that I was approaching the end of the content and refunded. Skate House has style and the bones of something cool, but the actual "game" hardly exists. It's more of a lifeless resource accumulation sim with no challenge, and no NPCs. I think if the dev partnered with someone who was comfortable with pathfinding, this could turn into a better game that I would be willing to buy again.

It took 4.5hrs to get everything but honestly it's a well built game and worth the money

Waste of time. Lost all my saved data. Game somehow managed to delete all saved data all the way back to my first save!!! keep in mind i must have saved it at least 5 times after this... and yet i still have all my achievements... waiting for refund.
