I remember playing this game a really long time ago. And I clearly remember not finishing it even once, though I didn’t remember the reason. Well, now I know that the reason is simple: the game is terrible. [list] [*] Poor RPG mechanics. Only a few stats that are basically locked to one singular weapon type - no real builds or anything like that. [*] Dull maps with a bloated amount of enemies. 300 enemies for each small map make progress extremely slow. [*] Enemy balancing. Do you like kiting each one of said 300 enemies? Because each of them has HP to tank around 4-5 hits while killing you in 2 - so you can’t even 1v1 an enemy while standing still. And by the exact same reason any attempt to play as a melee character is basically a torture. [*] As you might have guessed, combat is horrible. At best you kill a dozen enemies and have to go to base to repair/heal/rearm. At worst you will have to return after only a few kills. Considering that this game doesn’t have ...

The colony ship, Maximus, was on a routine voyage filled to the brim with colonist. This quickly changed when an unexpected gravitational entity appeared. The field quickly swallowed the Maximus.
