Monument Valley 3

As a big fan of the previous games, I can't recommend this. Visuals, music, and hints of storyline were beautiful as always, but this game is hardly half-finished. I comfortably completed it all (100% achievements) in 1.5 hours. The puzzles were laughably easy, and the story ended in a very jarring way. If you'd told me this was the free demo to get you hooked, I'd have believed you. Not worth even half its price in the current state. Refund requested; may purchase again when the game is complete (more levels apparently to come in December).

The game literally is not finished. After getting to the 10th chapter the game says that "more content is coming soon". This is the same scummy stuff that Bethesda games do. Put the game out unfinished and just say it will be done later. Also I already felt like $8 was a little steep for the first game, and especially the second game, but I was willing to pay it cause the games were nice enough. $15 for this is just not a reasonable price. While I recommend the first two games if you can get them on sale, I would just avoid this one unless you are Monument Valley mega fan #1.

Loved this game, this has to be the best monument valley game they have made. If they actually give us more levels to reach the number of extra levels from the first game then that would be really awesome.

10/10 game, just like the previous entries. There's just one issue... it's not finished. Now, hear me out, I don't really mind that much games being released in an unfinished state. I will gladly hop onto an early access release of a game if I feel like I can't wait for the full release and/or if I wanna engage with the development team by giving feedback, especially if we're talking about some complex RPG that needs to have a balanced combat and whatnot. What about Monument Valley 3, then? Well... that's the thing - in its current state, it's straight up deceiving its customers by offering an unfinished product with no indication whatsoever about this. No early access, no disclaimer to be seen anywhere, just nothing. They even tried to camouflage this fact by stating "next chapter coming in December's free update!" right after "beating" the game. Damn, the devs are giving us more content for free!! wow! so based!!! Yeah, no. Fuck off. We're not talking about some extra levels with h...

The game is better than any of the games before. Many new features. A story. Striking visuals. But... It is not yet finished despite it being a full release. Because of that I will not recommend it to anyone, for if I would recommend it to someone, another developer might do the same and leave a game unfinished. I do not think ustwo would do that, but because it teaches some to exploit the system I will not recommend the game.

Thoroughly Beautiful & Enchanting. I can't recommend this one enough regardless of if you've been a long-time follower of these games or if you're just in the mood for something relaxing with some light brainteaser puzzles. There's also a free update coming later this year!

Monument Valley is a pretty great story, and while I think this one might have a better story than the others, the puzzles are incredibly easy so it almost becomes a walking sim. It's all visually appealing no doubt, but would've liked to see some more brainteasers than were in here.

To be honest, I also downloaded the pirated copy and played from Part 1, continued with Part 2, and now I’m on Part 3. Well, since I came across it, I thought I should support it… I don’t buy games often, so 40 yuan is acceptable for me. However, compared to Parts 1 and 2, Part 3 feels a bit disappointing.
