Deus Ex without shooting, RPG elements, world building, intrigue, multiple ways to solve problems, reactive storytelling, decent AI, player agency, environmental variety or enemy variety. Put more simply, it's a bad stealth game with a bad story.

Kind of like if Thief had more boring atmosphere and enemies with alzheimer's. It's a functional enough stealth game. It's missing anything that really makes it stand out.
