Hey, a medical doctor here 👋🏼 and this game has insane potential. I’ve been waiting for so long for Doctor Life Simulator to be released and it’s honestly everything I’ve ever wanted in a medical sim, the details, the whole idea of waking up, driving to work, getting into accidents, getting cussed at on the way, and showing up late sounds a little bit too familiar 🤪 but right now it’s still lacking depth. The foundation is really strong, but it needs refinement to reach its full potential. One of the biggest issues I ran into was the technical side: the screen adjustment isn’t compatible with Steam, and it’s not even properly optimized for a big screen. It gets a bit laggy, and currently, it requires a keyboard to control. Having a console controller or Steam Deck support would make a huge difference in accessibility and overall gameplay. On the content side, the game shines in concept. It reminds me of Full Code AI cases app (it’s not just useful for teaching ...

Sadly this game wasn't playable for me. The reason being that I experienced too many bugs. Patients kept getting diagnosed while I hadn't done so. Even in the middle of trying to monitor their heart rate they would question my diagnosis and lock the game up. I know there is a timer on patients, what I had happen was with patients sporting 200+ seconds over their heads. Hope future holds updates that makes this playable. I realize that this is early access, but it feels it has too many bugs to be play tested as early access as progress is impossible. Also for some wonky reason it kept hopping in and out of full screen and windowed mode and no matter of settings would make it stop. Oh yeah and patients and colleagues sinking through the floor of the main hall.

Wowww what a God awful game. Buggy, clunky mess. Goals you can't even start, people walking IN the floor, controls like you're wading through treacle. Should never have even reached early access at all. Do not buy

When the game is played, the image appears overly magnified, hindering gameplay and preventing access to screen settings to adjust it.
