HELLBREAK

Enter the arena and see how long you can survive, face the onslaught of varied enemies which can attack from short, medium and long ranges. Then take on the boss or bosses. Multiple arenas, multiple bosses, a good choice of weapons, perks to unlock, spells and blessings to enable you to survive for longer. The difficulty level is set perfectly, the higher difficulties need to be unlocked before you can try them, but the more time you put in to the game, the better weapons and unlocks you'll have access too. Graphics look good with a description of each enemy (if you beat them), the soundtrack is good, player movement is quick and responsive, weapons handle well and are accurate. A fun game to play :D

Stumbled across this awesome game as I was about to buy Bloodshed and saw there was a bundle deal. After buying it I'm happy to say I am enjoying it even more than Bloodshed at the moment. So far I'll list the current pros and cons that I see so far. Pros: Soundtrack is great. Love the weapon designs especially the Hell version of the Sten. Love the missions giving me small goals during the runs. Optimization is good and smooth. Cons: Perks seem a little lacking and maybe a little underpowered. Definitely could use a little more variety such as AoE effects or projectile powers outside of shooting fire and blight for a few seconds. Arenas are very small and there are only 2 available at the moment.

Cool game with a banger soundtrack. I've only played half an hour and I can already tell this game has a ton of content. Worth the asking price in my opinion

This game deserves more hype. It feels good to play. If you are looking to scratch the Doom Eternal itch this is one to check out for sure! Really looking forward to what is coming with this one!

wonderful concept of Doom adjacent gameplay with an arena style rogue lite that works veeeery well. super excited to see where Hellbreak goes. if i had to make one suggestion i wish there was a path to unlocking the first few weapons you can choose from, or maybe thats just my roguelite brain talking. i also hope they raise the overall music volume cause its really good but a little quiet even after lowering sound effects to 60
