It looked ok from the trailers but overall I did not enjoy my time with the game. So much so, that I removed it from my library after my refund request was denied(I was outside of the 2 week window unfortunately) because I knew I wasn't going to go back to it after the approximately 30 minutes I had with the game. Wasn't much fun, I can't even remember if there was music during the races but if there was, it must not have been very memorable, and all the stages have a very bland grey look to them and simple tracks that basically all look the same(ironic to me since the game has "neon" in the name, which would make me think it would have more color). I think I expected something like the Extreme G games; such as colorful stages and vehicles, interesting race tracks, excellent sound direction, fun music, etc but was sorely disappointed.

User Reviews
A nice fast paced, arcade mechanics racing game. I like the futuristic cycles and cars with upgrade options. The sense of speed feels great. It seems memorizing courses is mandatory. Graphics are serviceable, a few more bells and whistles would not hurt. I would really like to hear more screeching in the cornering. Otherwise, it seems like just what the niche audience ordered. My only complaint was the anime girl art. This is a time when I wish some AI would have been implemented. When I see the girls sitting one the bikes, i want to say wow but find myself thinking.....Bleechhhh!. Anyway, thumbs up for a mostly non physics arcade racer. Ps my the only other thing I think should be adjusted is the collsions with the wall. It is makes the car come to a dead stop.
