Very linear and badly optimized. Highlight being the toilet scene. Otherwise, meh. Why doesn't the protagonist wait above ground in his "cubicle" for backup the next morning? Indie horror game that's why.

About This Game
Initially, Albert thinks he's dealing with a harmless and vulnerable homeless person, as usual. But as he uncovers the person's crimes, he realizes he's in for a night of madness. This man intends to challenge your beliefs with his bizarre handwritten notes and shatter your sanity. In this nightmare night, as you pass through the darkness, he's probably lying in wait there, staring at you! It's not clear who he is and what he wants, but once you figure out his identity, you'll definitely be shocked.
Homeless is a dark psychological horror game set in the gritty neighborhoods of 1990s New York City. The game utilizes the Unreal Engine 5 to create a realistic and immersive atmosphere, capturing the essence of a terrifying night.
The gameplay emphasizes the player's sense of responsibility as a security guard. The level design is intended to make the player feel like a real security guard. You'll need to check CCTV, patrol the area, and investigate suspicious activity like a real security guard.
This game focuses on a simple but stressful story rather than complex and and tedious mechanics.
Gameplay mechanics include exploration, crime scene investigation, Small puzzles, and in some instances, gunplay.
Also, in the latest update, a hidden level has been added after The final credits

A haunting indie experience - the visuals are beautifully crafted and the sound design wraps you in a crippling, almost scary atmosphere, every moment feels heavy and immersive, a work of art in mood and tone. Sadly, the ridiculously short playtime cuts the experience short.
Yeah, I am sorry to say this, but don't waste your money on this game. Play the Graveyard Shift from this developer, followed by Amenti. But skip this one. Its very very short, very boring, has no real scary moments. Very dull game.
Scariest homeless man i have ever met in my whole life.
buggy dont buy!!!!!!
The game was entertaining but no way would I pay full price for it. Wait for it to go on sale for at *least* 50% off if you really want to play it. It's not a must-play by any means, but if you're just looking to kill some time, this'll do in a pinch. If you're looking to get scared, you'll be disappointed. If you want to feel just a little bit nervous, this game can do that. The graphics and the sounds come together to create a decent horror atmosphere. The scares come mainly from jumpscare-type effects (visual and audio). There is the barest hint of a story, and a tiny bit of social commentary about the plight of the homeless in cold, cruel cities. Ultimately, though, the game feels incomplete and lacking. It needs a LOT of polish - especially the controls. I finished the game in about 1.5 hours, though I would have finished faster if the "E" key hadn't been set by default to reload my last checkpoint (autosave only - no manual saving). The default key bindings were just bad - I ...
Buy it on sale for less than $5 and its totally worth it! The graphics are beautiful, the time and place is so atmospheric and very reminiscent of the 90's. The story is what you probably assume; despite this, it was very amusing. I really enjoyed this game, and the achievements were easy to get as well.
This horror game delivers an intense, immersive experience with chilling atmosphere and psychological scares that keep both players and viewers on edge — a must-play for any streamer looking to thrill their audience.
Short, decent enough, worth picking up if on sale
So, let me get this strait..... I'm supposed to be a security guard, but I don't have the key to unlock the first locked door I encounter to go accomplish my first task of fixing the power breaker? Am I so dense that I am missing something? I will update this later if I figure it out.
