I've been waiting for this game anxiously ever since I played the demo and oh my gosh does it deliver! The art is simply gorgeous and the game loop is so satisfying so far. I love optimizing my farming in games so the feature about upgrading seeds (I think about ten times each?) is right up my alley. The story so far (I'm only a few hours in) seems to be anti oppression which is a big yes for me and once again did I mention the amazing art? I feel like I can never get enough cozy hand drawn games! The only thing to look out for is the saving system though as it can only be done by ending the day, which requires a little bit of time management irl (at least for me).

Run an Underground Farm in the Wasteland
Cultivate your own underground oasis from a barren wasteland! Utilize Earth's last resources, starting with planting strange little plants that provide vital energy. Tend carefully to each unique crop possessing a resilient life force.
Strategically plan your layout and cleverly combine the traits of different crops to build an efficient and wondrous underground farming system. Breathe life back into the desolation beneath the sands.
Fence in your plots, place benches for rest, and decorate your homestead with unique treasures found on your adventures! Personalize your sanctuary with your own touch.
Tap Into Your Crops' Potential
In this mechanical world, crops are far from ordinary plants. They're peculiar harvests like cogs, wooden planks, and light bulbs. Each possesses unique abilities and growth patterns. Through research and cultivation, unlock their mutated forms to yield unexpected and powerful effects.
Synthesize the resources from your farm into diverse functional items and materials. Craft marvelous devices that boost efficiency and unlock new functionalities, making your underground farm even more potent.
Venture deep into mysterious mines to extract rare ores and fish for mutated aquatic life in subterranean waters. These discoveries aren't just valuable materials; they're the core resources needed to enhance Robert himself and gain permanent upgrades. Unlock abilities like Energy Storage, Remote Control, and Instant Teleportation, enabling your little robot to evolve continuously.

Uncover the Truth
Venture beyond the farm into a vast, enigmatic underworld! Explore haunting locales—from crumbling desert towns to the pinnacle of mechanical civilization, the Eternal City. Forge new paths into uncharted zones where every expedition thrills.
Meet all kinds of robotic inhabitants. Some will become steadfast allies, sharing knowledge and resources; others may obstruct your path. Every interaction shapes the narrative and enriches your odyssey.
Embark on daring quests; brave perilous mines; hunt oases in sandstorm-ravaged deserts, and plumb azure depths for lost treasures. Piece by piece, solve the wasteland's greatest mysteries: Why did Earth fall? What secrets lie in Robert's past?

The word "cozy" gets thrown around a lot when it's rarely applicable. If you can get past the post-apocalyptic capitalist nightmare setting of Robert on Earth, you'll find it's really quite cozy. Though there are hours in the day, you have no real schedule, no pressing mandatory interactions. You can do whatever your chores are then hop back into bed at 11AM with zero guilt. The world will be just as awful tomorrow and it's okay with waiting for you, so take your time farming, fishing, leveling up your seeds, stockpiling water, decorating, whatever. This declaration of coziness may be hard to believe if you played the early demos. However, the full release (and I assume latest demo) solved many of its issues. Energy depletion feels slower, the map feels tighter. You won't be consuming batteries with the frequency of a Game Gear anymore unless you find yourself much, much further from home (or are using certain trade-off chips.) Planting order feels less important, with more freedom gr...
Cautious recommendation. Why? It's very, very jank. The translation is awful, it's often confusing what you need to do to proceed and the gameplay overall is very grindy. UI is cumbersome and sometimes hard to read However, the overall gameplay loop and progression feels nice, theres a lot of different plants to grow and level and pretty much everything is useful in a way.
Fun take on the fight/fish/farm genre. You are a robot in a period long after organic life, but even robots are slowly dying out. You live in a house outside a company town that is mostly abandoned by its owners. Your job is to build resources and machines to help restore the community. The art style is striking and not the standard cozy pixels; the music is spare and beautiful. The early phases of the game are a bit grindy: you'll spend a lot of time fighting to get water. As you move on, and as you build machines and walls that improve efficiency, this is much less of a problem. My major complaint is that the translation and instructions aren't as clear as they could be. Important things to know If you find the fishing minigame maddening, you can nerf it with a button next to a dead fish under options. The game's text says that you move recipes into your equipment slot. This is incorrect. You move chips into your equipment slot, but you learn recipes (they ...
Cute (but also melancholy) mix of a Harvest Moon with Kingdom as a 2D side scrolling farming game. Mixes up the mechanics in a very interesting way - placing crops next to each other can have additional benefits, so layout and arrangement is as important as funds and energy management. In another nice shake-up, the standard "dig in the mine to get resources" is a stealth system rather than a fighting game. Art is reminiscent of old Flash games (in a good way), the sound effects are good and the music is low key but atmospheric for this doomed, rusted and dusty world. Overall, very worth your time, especially at the price. I have about twenty hours in the game and I don't think I'm 2/3rd through yet. The only reservation is that the translation to English is mediocre, and while stories and scenes are pretty clear in meaning (even if the words are sometimes not quite right), the tutorials and instructions suffer a bit from being unclear. But it's not a super complex game and not h...
This is a fantastic little game with an elegant design. The progress in all the tasks and development seemed to be pretty close to the pace I wanted to go. Has several interesting endings and some philosophical questions on top of being a satisfying farming simulator. There are several mysteries and sometimes you can miss something and get progress locked, but seemed for the most part to be the right level of challenge. Definitely worth the price IMO.
This is such a cute and cozy farming game and I'm loving exploring all the secrets.
A very nice relaxing farming game. You go at your own pace :) There's no harm in taking more days to complete your objective, and if you'd like to minmax and speed it through, you can also do so. I love the upgrading of seeds, and crafting based on your produce. Which is then later useful for something else (beyond just for selling). There's also some mystery about the plot, but i'm not expecting something super deep. If you enjoyed harvest moon (story of seasons), you would enjoy this :) ....minus the romance plot xD Progression so far feels nice! You have to plan your crops, resources, time and energy! If you're still unsure, try the demo, if you love it- get it! demo is very decent length and representative of what the game would be.
