In The Exit 8, there was always the issue that if you didn't know whether there was an anomaly or not, it could feel like a guessing game and unsatisfying. Here, however, you are required to find and select the anomaly to "eliminate" it, which enhances the gameplay significantly. Another improvement is in terms of difficulty. I like how they structured the progression system, with three phases each containing 16 anomalies. The first phase is great for learning as they are easy. In the second phase, they start to get more challenging, and while you might get stuck on some, it remains enjoyable despite the challenge. The third phase introduces a Souls-like genre aspect, likely inspired by Elden Ring, making it very difficult. However, as you learn along the way, you get hooked and eventually overcome them.
