The game itself is fun enough but I don't recommend it if you like 100%-ing games. When will developers learn that putting mp achievements in single player games doesn't work. a player that cares about achievements isn't likely to enjoy multiplayer. And players that enjoy multiplayer often do not care about achievements. It makes it so your game can't be completed unless there's a very active community.

It's difficult for me to digest the fact that Ubisoft used to make games like these. Edit : Don't even think of trying to play the co-op or multiplayer, they are as good as dead. You'll have to spend hours trying to figure out how to connect to your friend's co-op session or wait in a multiplayer lobby hoping to find enough players to start a match.
This game is pretty good and fun overall. However There is a location that can only be reached by using a glitch. Should have been a simple patch, but this is Ubisoft so I'm not surprised This game also crashed many times during my playthrough. The game doesn't autosave on every collectible so this can be quite frustrating. Speaking of collectibles, during a mission with 3 different checkpoints, I collected collectibles between checkpoints, but died on the last part of the mission. The game loaded the third checkpoint, but for some reason all collectibles I had collected before that checkpoint were uncollected. For some reason if you fall from a 5 feet ledge, you die
Love this game, I've played it so many times over the years and it still manages to be very fun
Epic open-world experience with stunning visuals, dynamic combat, and total freedom to play your way. The setting of Kyrat is both beautiful and dangerous, filled with wildlife, rebels, and unpredictable chaos. Pagan Min is one of the series’ best villains, and the gameplay loop—liberating outposts, exploring, and crafting—stays engaging throughout. With co-op support. The elephants of Kyrat aren’t just tools of destruction They’re gentle giants that carry the soul of the land. You can ride them, fight alongside them, or simply stop and watch them wade through rivers and forests, undisturbed by the chaos of men. In a world full of explosions and gunfire, they remind you what peace looks like. I didn’t expect to fall in love with an elephant. And yet, here we are.
Environment 5/5 Graphics 4/5 Story 4/5 Characters 3/5 I enjoyed playing FC4 although there are some issues I would talk about. The Himalayan-inspired setting is nothing short of breathtaking at first glance. The graphics hold up well even today, with sharp textures and stunning lighting. However, the landscape’s heavy reliance on mountainous terrain eventually feels repetitive. Narratively, Far Cry 4 delivers a solid experience. The central storyline is engaging, and Pagan Min easily stands out as one of the most memorable antagonists in the franchise. Unfortunately, the supporting cast fails to reach the same level of depth which makes me feel that they are underdeveloped. Now lets talk about issues: 1. The buzzer. As much as I love this aircraft because it save a lot of hassle to travel because of mountainous terrain, I hate this more because it is broken too. At a certain altitude it starts malfunctioning. I know that it is to prevent players from reaching areas where we are not...
I bought several Ubisoft games on Steam, but they are all locked behind Ubisoft Connect. Unfortunately, I lost access to the email linked to my Ubisoft account, and Ubisoft refuses to help me recover my account or transfer the games to a new one. This means that even though I legally purchased the games here on Steam, I cannot play them anymore. Ubisoft insists that all licenses stay tied to the old account, and Steam can’t (or won’t) do anything about it. As an EU consumer, this is extremely frustrating and feels unfair. I paid for digital content, but due to restrictive account linking, I have effectively lost access to my purchases. According to Directive (EU) 2019/770 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, as an EU consumer I have the right to continued access to the digital content I have purchased. Denying access to these games may constitute a violation of this directive. If you are considering buying Ubisoft games...
Great game even 10 years later, it still holds up really well, good graphics, good driving physics, great map design, tons of guns/mods, stealth or guns blazing. Only 1 issue tho, it always crashes on a specific Shangri-La mission so those missions cannot be completed but they seem to be more like side-quests anyway and not worth wasting the time to figure out why it always crashes on that specific mission.
I'm officially obsessed with this game, and I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to play it! The moment those stunning vistas opened up, I knew I was in for a treat. This game does so much right, from the compelling NPC interactions and their fantastic backstories to the character arcs that genuinely pulled me in. I loved that the gameplay never got stale; every new weapon and mechanic kept things feeling fresh and exciting. Even the little animal critters felt like they were designed to surprise and challenge you! The Yogi and Reggie mission? Absolutely wild! That soundtrack will live rent-free in my head forever. And those Shangri-La levels? Utterly mind-blowing. The level design, art, and music in those sections were just brilliant. Seriously, if you haven't played this yet, get on it! I'm already planning a replay to explore every nook and cranny I breezed past the first time. Oh and the vehicles were 100% fun! Literally all the vehicles were and some slightly annoying but it ma...
Wait for the Ubisoft connect to launch and update, wait for the five minute un-skipable cutscene and it freezes immediately... Do it all over again and it froze again, great fucking game. Fuck you too Ubisoft.
