Horse Runner DX

Fun endless runner that hearkens back to the early days of smartphone gaming when these little games for a few bucks were actually good quality and not filled with timers and gems and in-store purchases and other awful nonsense. You get a horse and as the screen autoscrolls, you have to jump rocks, ravines, hay bales and the like, while also making sure to jump up and collect apples, the game's currency. At the start of every level you get to purchase another horse with your apples, and they have abilities like +20% apple pick up. That horse then joins your posse, so make it though the next level with both horses intact and you can now have three, four, and so on. Their bonus powers also stack. The game also looks nice, especially once I turned the godforsaken bloom off (me and my homies, we all hate light bloom) and used scanline setting 1 or whatever it's called in the menu (retro effect?). Genuinely just a fun little horse game :3

Love it ! I run a YT channel and we do two types of video, talking ones and non-talking ones - this is non-talking video with just pure gameplay ( https://youtu.be/tA4uamBBraQ?si=fYeUbezF8xbIj_hN ). When I saw this, I thought an I mean this so positively Grim Joggers. This was a great simple game on the IOS devices - you controlled a row of joggers that all eventually die. This game takes it a littler different, you increase your herd of horses as you go. Gotta say - such simply fun and I love it. The sound effects are great, the graphics are the perfect retro style ( you can make them more retro ) and the price point is perfect for this slice of fun. This is one of the games that you can play without and stress but gives you an urge to carry on and unlock more horses. 10/10 for me and I am glad I paid for this.

Looks cute, but it's a tough endless runner. Sieht knuffig aus, ist aber ein knallharter Endless-Runner.
