this game is a hidden gem, it may seems simplistic and dull trucker game on surface but the more you play will find there are more depth in it (similar to StarSector but with Kenshi vibes)
Post apoc oregon trail! This games great and different from anything else I have played. Travel around, do odd jobs, do some entertaining story line quests, build a crew and survive!

For a game that costs less than a value meal, it's a very shallow but wide trading sim with basic RPG elements. If you get hooked on "buy low sell high" and can use your imagination to fill in the gaps of procedurally generated story content, this is an indie worth your dollars and hours. All the systems are quite simple, but most of them work well enough together that the whole is engaging. Characters have traits that affect their travel and how they interact; towns produce and demand goods, and prices adjust to supply; the small number of random encounters get familiar quickly but still give you reason to choose; the combat is ridiculously simple turn based combat that challenges your crew; the story is a small number of text boxes scattered to get you exploring the map; balancing everything your truck needs to stay on the road is just challenging enough that if you turn your brain off you'll end up stranded somewhere By themselves each of these features would be unimpressive, but ...
Dusty Swag
You drive mad max style across a wasteland with your comfy crew, buying and selling goods, doing deliveries and upgrading your truck. There's lots of crafting too and you can build up your own towns and set up trade routes and supply chains etc. Very comfy game, highly recommended. I would also recommend you start with the mod that reduces scrap weight to 0, otherwise you've got an artificial barrier to progress as your scrap (your currency) begins to take up all the space in the truck the richer you are.
