yeah its got 2 playfields but like double the play field double the fun,, probhably
4k with side tracks with a visual twist with the two split lanes. Pretty nifty gameplay wise. Where the game truly shines in my opinion is the track list composed of new blood plus real OGs of the rhythm game scene and the Mash Up mode which adds so many new charts on top of what's already there. Also, they're GOOD mashups and I can't wait for the developers to add more of them. Definitely recommended for the rg fans new and old
Very good Game. You should buy it. Song choices are purely Electronic though so very limited in genres. Alot of tracks are not of taste.
Mash VP! Re:VISION is currently my favorite rhythm game. It's also in the top 3 of my favorite rhythm games of all time. I bought it during early access, played all the way through early access, and have seen nothing but improvements coming ever since. My play time as of this review is only 28 hours, but that's because I usually play it for short chunks of time during a break from work, or on the weekends before doing other things. You can choose to play in 2 button (left note, right note, and a left shift note and right shift note) or 4 button (left note, left-center note, right-center note, right note and the left and right shift lanes) mode, and I prefer 4 button mode. The game can be completely played with a keyboard, and the devs designed the game around the assumption that you will be playing on a keyboard. mash vp feels a lot like a benami game in a good way, and I heavily recommend it. Really diverse music selection that a lot of other rhythm games on pc don't have with amazing mashups that span a ton of genres. The actual gameplay feels surprisingly novel and doesn't really play at all like a typical 4k vsrg and takes a bit of time to get used to. The customisation in the game is surprisingly extensive, from player customisation for the ghost battle records to gameplay customisation and skins, it's quite advanced. it can be a bit grindy to unlock some of the songs and customisation options but it's acceptable and a majority of songs aren't locked behind any time investment
