About This Game
Galandrix
Galandrix is a rogue like arcade game played from a top-down view and features both fast-paced action and real time strategic choices. Select your ship and blast off into the unknown against countless hordes of enemies. Collect components from destroyed ships or asteroids and barter with traders to improve your ships load-out. Add crew members after leveling up or upgrade your ship to add additional bays to increase your chances at survival. Push on through zones to take on unique enemies, bosses and strange anomalies and free your faction from the AI horde!
Factions and Ships
Select from 3 factions and 3 unique ships from each, totaling 9 playable ships. Each ship has a unique active and passive ability that scales with their level. In addition, each ship has a unique set of slots designed to hold a range of Weapons, Engines, Power Cells, Systems, Sensors and Shields. Each ship is equipped with a set of crew members that give additional boosts and can be expanded on leveling up.
Items and Currency
Each ship starts out with a basic load-out and the ability to upgrade items from enemy wrecks or by trading with the merchant at the end of rounds. Currency can be found off destroyed enemy ships or by mining asteroids. When you save enough, you can eventually upgrade your ship with it, gamble it away or purchase replacement parts. Items have several values with random stats, having higher chances to roll better stats at higher values.
Weapons
Equip your ship with a multitude of futuristic weaponry, from lasers and missiles to beam cannons, and everything in between! Start with a modest set of blasters and work your way up to experimental weaponry left behind by the old world. Assign hotkeys and weapon groups to take full control of your arsenal.
Bosses
Clearing and opening enemy gates will eventually lead you to incredibly difficult bosses. These intimidating monstrosities are designed to keep you from moving forward and achieving total victory. Proceed with caution when engaging!
