About This Game
Picture this: the Nazis have made a chilling discovery, a technique that brings the dead back to life. But there's a twist - these revived soldiers possess incredible powers and are under the control of the first person they encounter. As the Allies fight to win the war, the Nazis start unleashing their fearsome UberSoldiers - super-soldiers with unimaginable abilities.
Step into the shoes of Karl Stoltz, a German soldier who was killed in combat but resurrected by the Nazis. Now, Karl is seeking vengeance against his former masters and has joined the Allies to turn the tide of the war. Embark on a thrilling 12-mission rampage against the Third Reich, wielding 16 authentic WWII weapons, from the powerful Browning automatic rifle to the mighty Panzerschreck.
But that's not all - as Karl, you have access to a unique "temporal shield" that temporarily freezes bullets in mid-air, protecting you from enemy gunfire. Take down enemies with precision headshots to extend the duration of your supernatural shield, or unleash fury by stabbing three foes in quick succession to increase your health. Build up your rage and destruction to maintain your powers and unleash chaos on the Nazi threat.
This special Steam release of UberSoldier has even removed the original DRM Starforce, giving you a seamless and unforgettable gaming experience. Join Karl in his quest to bring down the Nazi regime and take control of World War II. Are you ready to rewrite history? Get your copy of UberSoldier today and embark on an adrenaline-fueled journey into the heart of the war!

User Reviews
Many years ago, I owned & played a disc copy of UberSoldier II - or "Crimes Of War" as my version was titled. Expecting it to just be a bad game, one I could chuck on for a laugh and quickly be done with, I was actually genuinely surprised by how much fun it was (although don't get me wrong, it was a bad game). Reminiscing about playing it, and wondering if I had any chances for a revisit, I come to find that both it AND a prequel I had no idea existed have since been listed on Steam. So what better way to relive this glorious clunker, than through setting the stage by experiencing the original UberSoldier for the first time? Frankly though, in all honesty, I just didn't have the best time with this game over its (thankfully short) few hours of running time. Many of the appeals I recall from the sequel are there - terrible voice acting and script, over-the-top janky B-grade action, and surprisingly satisfying guns. But there's also a LOT working against it. For starters, enemy ...
If you've played Ubersoldier II which released on Steam before Ubersoldier I, then you'll instantly recognize the gameplay and tone. The gunplay feels a lot like the original Metro 2033, with punchy and lethal bullets. This is slavjank through and through, but like...the good kind. If you manage your own expectations and go into it with an open mind its actually a really fun romp. The enemies are typical slavjank with heavy ragdolls and bits of armor and gear that go flying off when they die. The result is these funny moments of unscripted mayhem that is satisfying to watch and make happen. Enemies getting yeeted out of windows etc. Also, there is a cool sequence where you swap between turrets on a submarine to fight off incoming bombers. There is a ton of really visually incredible moments like planes crashing into buildings and bunkers blowing up.
