Seems simple at first, but with so many different enemies, turrets, perks, and weapons, there's a ton of stuff to do. Experimenting with weapons usually results in finding some combinations that can either look cool, or obliterate enemies with ease. The only negative is that some of the Turret Trials are a little too heavy on luck, but other than that, amazing game. Even after getting true 100%, it's still fun

Pretty good, funky music, feels cool to work out the good combos, and you can make some pretty patterns.

It's got some interesting concepts, and the gameplay is mostly fun. Doing runs with different builds is initially interesting, but some of the variants are just not worth it. Overall, it's a good $4-$7 USD game. I don't think it is worth $12 USD. Wait for a sale. Even if you're not going to buy it, give the demo a try. I still liked it, though.

Handholdy, Buggy, and just overall a really straightforward experience of a game. The depth is there, I will admit...but getting to that point is a fairly straightforward grind. Start a run, sleep through the first handful of waves, hope you find one good perk, die because the game outscales you to the point where you physically can't win as your stats are just too low, go back to menu, start again, get yelled at to look at stuff you don't have or care about, get prevented from playing until you open and close the perk screen like ten times, start a new run, get told "no" when you try to buy something because the developer thinks you're incapable of rational thought, and then grind again until your stats go up again, and die and grind until you have enough stats. After that, winning is a matter of course, not challenge. It's just too basic, too handholdy, too buggy (I've had the shop straight up softlock me multiple times, preventing doing anything but alt+F4-ing out of the game and ...

Unfortunately can't really recommend this one. I tried to play it but it felt dull, weapons felt boring and enemies just become bullet sponges with no real thought behind them. I had to lose on purpose just to see what else the game had to offer. There is nothing inherently bad, just nothing to make you stick around
