It's basically a respectful remake of Dune II but with cute little improvements and changes. Nothing more, nothing less. For a dinosaur like myself - it's a must have.

Solid little classic RTS. I appreciate the effort put into the sound design, it sounds excellent. Battles are quite dynamic, with resources running out and the AI having to expand. You can run the AI dry by cutting off their supplies, which is nice.

This would be a "neutral" review if they didn't all have to be thumbs-up or thumbs-down. I think it's an interesting take on Dune 2, and you can see from my avatar that I'm a fan of Dune 2. The thing is, I hate micro, and see it as a gameplay defect rather than a feature, and this game is much heavier on micro than Dune 2 or Command & Conquer were. So, I'm not really enjoying it, but if you enjoy micro (as most RTS players do) then you'll probably have a good time.

For less than $10 its a nice little experience. I haven't finished the game, let alone a single campaign, but it's surprisingly challenging. Simple, but not easy. All three factions share a few units, but also have unique units as well, but even the shared units have slightly different stats that play into a faction identity. There are a few gripes I have however: *The UI is clunky, especially the encyclopedia (great addition btw, absolutely love having it, just wish it was a little easier to navigate and less bulky) *You can't rebind controls, which is a major personal gripe but I'll live *While not a major negative for me, I should note the lack of difficulty options. Just a single fairly challenging, difficulty *I would also like to see skirmish mode, maybe even a map creator, especially if there isn't multiplayer. I understand, multiplayer can be tough, but having more options is great for single player games *Unit pathing (especially the worker bots) can be clunky Other than the...

Great RTS that is very old school drawing from westwood studios and other rts games. Solid campaigns. I recommend to those who enjoyed command and conquer, warcraft, and other games. Its single player only but I enjoyed its mission variety despite being simple in terms of units, buildings, tech.

Extremly fun yet simple game, if you love the dune games (speaking off dune 2 or 2000) you will genuinly enjoy it, it does have also plenty of original ideas. The factions are genuinly different with some shared among units like the basic rifle soldier how ever the differences like quad tanks and raptors or vultures, different units like the toxic troopers keep them really apart from each other. The gameplay is also geniunly super simple yet a bit hard too master, balancing economy for defensive buildings, when too expand and when to make your military army can be engaging and feels great when you master it. It's NOT a perfect game, things can die really quick, the AI may be a little too tough especially in the early bits off the game, and there is no multiplayer OR even a skirmish mode, im not so sure how the game is doing so far but i do hope more people will get this and i do hope the developer gets some more attention for classic rts fans like me. again id love to have a multip...

It's Dune 2, in a more mobile/tablet kind of way (since there is no res settings (>.<)) The usual 'let's duplicate a beloved game, and not bother putting some quality into it'. And FYI the achievements are set to stupid for the kind of game this is.

Overall a much superior experience to the original Dune 2. It is a great game. The music is great, the voice lines are nice. The economy is interesting, different from Dune 2 and the Command and Conquers but fun to play with. The game is visually appealing. I do have some complaints. 1. The path finding leaves much to be desired. Units often block each other and force each other to take longer paths needlessly. Especially bad in choke points or when getting into fights. 2. Infantry units overall feel a bit weak. Low hit points combined with decent damage taken from tank cannons leads infantry to die pretty fast. They also lack a way to heal their hp, a weakness vehicles don't have thanks to bots. I will say the Bio Nexus Tox Troopers rock. 3. Terra Prima's Bombers from the Air Pad feel rather unreliable. The damage isn't great, and the bombers bomb whatever they like instead of what you tell them to bomb. Complaints aside, the game was fun and challenging start to finish with a...
