About This Game
Get famous or die trying! Content Warning is a co-op horror game where you film spooky stuff with your friends to try and go viral.

Squad up, customize your face with the ASCII face customiser, buy some gear and use the diving bell to go down to the Old World!
Down there you’ll encounter scary physics-animated monsters, cursed relics and other artefacts!

Film as many scary things as possible before you run out of oxygen, camera battery or friends…
If you survive, you need to get back in the diving bell to transport you and the remaining members of your team to the surface.
Upload your chaotic footage to SpöökTube, settle in for a watch party, and wait for the views to tick up!

Every run goes on for 3 days, the more scary stuff you film, the more you go viral. The ad revenue from your SpöökTube videos enables you to upgrade your gear to film better videos and survive more easily in the Old World.
If your team accumulates enough views in three days - you get to keep going with your SpöökTube Career and live a life of fame and fortune!
You can also sign up for sponsorship deals to earn MC to purchase island upgrades and hats!

- In-game handheld working video camera
- 2-4 player online coop
- Voice chat
- ASCII face customisation
- Make and save in-game recordings
- Your friends looking and acting silly
- Scary animated physics monsters
- Cursed artefacts
- Flashlights (many)
- Fame (maybe)
For every video you upload to SpöökTube you get ad revenue to spend on fun and useful items in the store, like upgraded gear, emotes, props and medical equipment!
Customize your face using your keyboard and with the game's ASCII-face-customizer!

mods are the most mind numbingly obtuse and broken thing in this title, playing with them will ruin the game for you. Hours of troubleshooting leading to days of refusal to play. Otherwise? Peak. Good game, feels good.
Really good game also really fun with strangers and random people very underated
Fun game with the typical Landfall Physics and Character design. Very fun with friends or randoms
its a good game for the 5 hrs of gameplay its worth max, theres only like 6 enemies and like 3 maps, modding support is insanely bad and glitchy, its a game built on a trend and is a "streamer game", devs abandoned this game a while ago and is completely dead, cameras often become corrupted and you cant retrieve your footage even after looking in the files
Flat-out, it's a better Lethal Company for me. I think the levels are designed better, I think the gameplay premise (making a viral video) is more enticing, and I think it's way funnier when the scares happen. There also seems to be more upgrades and a better leveling system/path to the game. I had a great time playing this with my fiancé, whereas Lethal Company (direct competitor) frustrated me in the same amount of time. I think both games are good, but Content Warning takes the cake for me. I'll definitely be returning.
landfall devs released 1 single content patch for this game and abandoned it. they have stated they have no plans to return either. Game is every bare bones and bugs are persistent. I would recommend avoiding
The game is abandoned and so is my trust for the publisher. Don't get me wrong, the game is great as is - fun, and has cool mechanics. It was also given away for free on release which was a great way to get more people to play it and boost the player counts. My problem with this game is that if you bought it and didn't get it for free you unknowingly bought a disposable one time player spike game that would get very minor updates post relase. Is it againts the rules? No. Is it unethical and should have been specified in "About the game"? Absolutely. Landfall recently relased "PEAK" which I hope will not follow the same path as Content Warning did.
When I first heard of this game, it sounded like it was warning me of inappropriate content, and that just made my friend wanna buy it more. Anyways the first sound you hear when you load into the game is some wild west music, but do not be fooled, this game is NOT about the wild west.
it is scary but 100 persent fun in a public lobby i met 3 of my best friends on this game
