About This Game

VR Support

Take your tabletop gaming to a whole new level in virtual reality with the HTC Vive & Oculus Rift! And what's more, both VR and non-VR players alike can play together in the same game room!

About the Game

Create your own original games, import custom assets, automate games with scripting, set up complete RPG dungeons, manipulate the physics, create hinges & joints, and of course flip the table when you are losing the game. All with an easy to use system integrated with Steam Workshop. You can do anything you want in Tabletop Simulator. The possibilities are endless!

Endless Games

Tabletop Simulator has it all. The base game includes 15 classics like Chess, Poker, Jigsaw Puzzles, Dominoes, and Mahjong. Additionally, there are thousands of community created content on the Workshop. If you’re the tabletop gaming type, we include an RPG Kit which has tilesets & furniture, as well as animated figurines that you can set up and battle with your friends, with even more options in the Chest. There’s even an option for Game Masters so they can control the table!

Create Games

If you’re into creativity and prototyping, you can easily create your own games by importing images onto custom boards & tables, create custom decks, import 3D models, create scripts, and much more. You can choose to upload your creations on the Steam Workshop or share them privately with your friends.

Fun For All Ages

Everyone can play Tabletop Simulator! Play a classic board game with grandma, have poker night with the guys, or start your epic RPG adventure with your crew. Play almost any tabletop game you can think of! Being a multiplayer-focused game, up to 10 players can play at any given time.

DLCs

Our downloadable content (DLCs) are different from other games, as we partner with developers and publishers to bring their games into Tabletop Simulator. Each DLC is custom created with high quality assets and special themes that match their games. And best of all, only the host needs to own the DLC for everyone at the table to play.

I mostly use this game to play Warhammer 40k with friends from college, and it works very well for that

allows me to recreate the real-life joy of doing a 1000 piece jigsaw with four other people and secretly eating the last piece so they can't finish the puzzle

What can I say? Make one $20 purchase, and you've got just about every tabletop game ever made. From TTRPGs to board games and everything in between. It's genuinely the best bang for your buck on steam. If you like ANYTHING tabletop, pick this up. It's honestly insane how cheap this is.

It's almost every boardgame you can imagine in a single $20 simulation which often goes on discount. I personally get a massive amount of mileage playing Magic the Gathering cards which cost a mortgage to own in real life with friends who live far from me.

Tabletop Simulator isn’t just a game—it’s the entire world of board gaming stuffed into one chaotic, physics-driven sandbox where imagination is the only limit… and sometimes, that imagination involves flipping the table into orbit. Want to play Chess? Done. Poker? Easy. Dungeons & Dragons with your friends? Absolutely. Want to play some weird, obscure card game you found on a dusty corner of the internet? Someone’s already made a workshop mod for it. The sheer amount of content is staggering—thousands of official and community-made games, all in one place, all playable in glorious 3D. The physics engine is the secret spice. You can shuffle cards with your hands, stack Jenga blocks carefully, or meticulously set up a Warhammer army… before I stroll over and smash everything into chaos by flipping the entire table. Because let’s be honest—the real magic of Tabletop Simulator isn’t just winning—it’s absolute trolling. That moment when everyone’s deep into a 2-...

Highly recommend for anyone who likes playing any kind of table top or card game. If what you need isn't already one of the included pieces in the base game, I guarantee you can find what you need in the Workshop. Warhammer and 40k do wonderfully in here. Plus playing with friends who aren't in town is always a plus.
