Really fun for what it is! A simple concept with simple controls, and clever level design. Overall, just a great way to kill an hour or two. Totally worth the $3!

About This Game

Asteroid Drift is a challenging spaceship piloting arcade game.
Alone on a collapsing asteroid. Weave your way through 26 nail-biting, butt-clenching deep space tunnels.
Levels go by fast, and victory is all about deft handling of your inertia and momentum. Ultimately, your goal is to not explode, and you're scored based on how much time is left on the clock when you finish a level.
Easy to learn, hard to master physics
Controlling your ship couldn't be simpler. Press left or right to turn clockwise or counterclockwise, and hold thrust to propel forward. Controllers are supported too, so play whatever way you're most comfortable! But beware, actually mastering control of your spacecraft's inertia is no small feat.Designed for Time Attack and replay
Asteroid Drift was designed with time attack replay and speedrunning in mind. The faster you complete a level, the higher the medal you'll receive. There's Bronze, Silver, Gold, and maybe even something beyond that if you want to put in the work. Struggling players are also welcome to opt for extra time or hp to practice completing levels before chasing those high score medals.Asteroid Drift tends to take about 2 hours to roll credits the first time, but 7:21.64 is the speedrun time to beat - "Nick's Time," may it live in infamy.

Bread. Good game.
A haiku: going for divine challenging gauntlet of speed try and try again
Simple concept game.A friend talked me into trying it, and glad I did. Soundtrack is nice and always love trying to 100% games like these so it's a great addition to my collection :D
This game is a ton of fun! Mechanically its very easy to understand but getting divine records will definitely push you to the limit of mastering the controls. If you are a fan of punishing but fair speedrun type games this will be up your ally. The amount of levels available make the experience not over stay its welcome but provides a lot if you want to keep improving your times. The second half of the game will really get the blood pumping in terms of challenge. Congrats to the dev on his first major release and can't wait to see what else you come up with!
It achieves everything I ask of an arcade game: a straightforward task to master the controls and graphics that are evocative (in this case, evocative of genre rather than visually complex) while also unambiguous. Very appealing as a challenge; I'm coming for your time, Nick.
Tight controls, great music, and a constant need to go faster. A pretty quick play all things considered with only 26 levels, but Asteroid Drift draws you right back with the feeling of "I can get a better time." Highly recommend!
In a sea of asset flips and soulless copy and paste games Asteroid Drift is a genuinely fun couple of hours long game. It is challenging in all of the right ways making you feel like you were the one making mistakes, never blaming the game. I had a wonderful time getting all gold (and sometimes above!) with my chat on stream. 100% Recommend if you're looking for a challenging and heart pumping time.

It has a simple, well-executed concept. I think i would've preferred the soundtrack to be a bit more high-energy, so it matches the gameplay more. The level design's pretty clever: it gets you moving fast, it puts you in tight corridors and makes those thread the needle moments. I think asteroid drift succeeds at everything it wants to do, and, well, it's just really fun, definitely worth the 3 bucks.
