It's honestly such a let down of a game and I feel bad for admitting that. Been playing KR games since I was like 6-7 and everything that makes those games so good and hold up doesn't exist here. 1. The towers are boring and bad granted some are still good (the ones they brought back from other games) the main issue is that none of them really synergize well with each other. 2. Heroes aren't particularly stand out either again some are fun and good but the vast majority are just worse rehashes of pre existing ones. 3. Every enemy feels the same none of them are really stand out or original in gameplay. 4. Some level designs are made really poorly leaving you with one or two towers to hold a whole choke point against a flood of enemies (the final gator level). 5. Everything pales in comparison to this last one though it exemplifies everything wrong with this game, there is no Encyclopedia. if you are looking to play a game by this company that's actually good stick to all the previous titles. this version is primarily focused around heroes instead of towers like it should be for its game type a tower defense. The game before this put this one to shame and shows how little they tried with this game. 1 was a great start, frontier was a improvement in every way, origins was an amazing hit that expanded the world. the first 3 have endless mode allowing for some actual challenge and fun after completing the game. Vengeance is probably the gifted child, the most customization out of all the games with towers becoming their own true standalone statements, $ levels to upgrade and 3 skills at max even with all that you could fail and struggle, heres where the issues start sadly, while vengeance had the best heroes, powers, and towers it lacks an endless mode which we asked for several times as a community but never got, it also introducde a stupid idea of paying for dlc that was ...

Loving the game after playing through all the other 4 (5? I guess legends exists). The two hero system is really cool and that I can experiment easier with new heroes without feeling defenseless. I do wish that the encyclopedia wasn't left out, I did love going though it seeing all the enemies and bosses I've faced. Maybe consider adding it in a future update?

love the game, played all the other kingdom rush games too (not on steam tho), i like the keybinds, yes the game is much more expensive than on google play games store but u get all the towers, heroes and whatever for free instead of having to pay for it, really good game overall

Not gonna lie this game is much better than Kingdom Rush Vengeance in many places. Expect screw Iron challenge 14 and 29.

All i can say is all of the kingdom rush games are addictive and i'm 71 years old!!! Will there be any more new ones in the future? I think I have them all so far? If not let me know.
