A bit more than your average factory game. Block factory challenges you in ways most factory games don't as its not as simple as just dumping the right resource into a machine, and unlike most factory games as your product gets more complex it actually gets larger.

Game state is great at the moment. Chill game with honest price with that shapez vibe. P.S. After August 6th patch no more performance issues on the game for me. Split/merge convoyer acts as expected, speed up the game as well. I don't understand why the game was originaly release with all the problems that were found in the demo.
Game breaking bugs that aren't clear until the designs become a little more complex AFTER the 2 hour window to refund has expired. Avoid until bugs have not only been claimed to be fixed but are fixed.
Not quite as polished as some of the other top down / ortho style factory games, but still entertaining. I like the different areas and themed builds. The lack of blueprints to transfer core builds makes progression when starting difficult and sometimes difficult to manage. Once you level up and start paying attention to optimizing your builds, you need less machines to do the same job -- so it gets more manageable. There are nitpicky QOL & GUI issues, as well as general performance issues (like when factories get very large) that need to be addressed, but the developers appear to be pushing regular updates at this time. I also found it difficult to 'debug' my machines if the final product wasn't accepted. The GUI for setting up machine recipes doesn't rotate fully like the interface showing you what to build. All in all, it's an enjoyable game without being overly challenging or technical. If you like factory games, you'll more than likely like this.
Being a lego builder from age five, I love this game. There are somethings that i am a little confused on but otherwise this game is amazing. Even the things that you have to build to continue are fun to make. It is a strategy based game, (It took me five days to make a bluebird). If you like building and legos, play this game 11/10
Block Factory is a fun block-building automation game. If you enjoy factory-style games, this one's definitely worth checking out! Most of the negative reviews seem to focus on performance issues, but I can confidently say those problems have been completely fixed for me in the latest patch! What was once a slideshow on a big, factory-filled map now runs at a smooth 144fps! The dev team may be small, but they're clearly listening to feedback and focusing on the most important issues first. And it's paying off! If you're on the fence because of older reviews, now's a great time to give the game a shot!
It's in a similar vein as Shapez, which is a also a fantastic factory game, but adds lego-type puzzles, which are a natural fit. Top notch execution. Still buggy at times but a new release. Excellent new release, lots of fun for factory makers.
Perfect little time-killer, like a bite-sized Satisfactory. You can dump a large chunk of time into 3-starring a whole level, or you can dip in for less than an hour to get one figure knocked off. Had some early bugs, but the devs are responsive and all the ones I've noticed/cared about have been cleared up.
