If you are starting with this game now no. The amount of hours that some of the people have in this game make it crazy not fun. I am not good at games but I am not horrible. The skill gap to even compete with some of the people playing is pointless. Thought it was a casual game but its not. Just about everything else is great about this game - 1 shot abilities and or weapons. and other minor stuff Some kind of PvE mode might bring me back. Not PvEvP but PvE only. TLDR: I am trash at the game but its a fun concept and has cool characters.

User Reviews
It's like if Battlefield and TF2 had a baby that turned out to be a furry, give this game a chance if you like aggressive shooters mmm rabbet
Review as of 8/15/2025 This is a difficult review to do, however I feel it's justified. I bought the game on release, and very much enjoyed the gunplay and movement of the game as well as the way the characters play. However, the major issue with the game is the current player count. Many games, you will be facing 4 (at most) human players and a full lobby of bots in a game that is centered around playing against human players. I believe this game should go F2P at some point to keep it alive, as right now it's $14.99 USD and as of writing this review the all time peak player count was 2,274 at release with the 24-hour high only reaching around 300 players. I do feel the game has a solid foundation, but it needs more time in the oven and some way to attract a wider audience to keep the game going. Maybe with a full release, Combat Cat can release the game on console as well to bring in more players or go F2P but something has to change to keep the game alive.
its fun but there's to many cheaters in this game so it makes it really unplayable
Match making is complete nightmare in this game. You either win like a whole lobby full of bots or lose like you are in team of bots. 1 not bad match and has to go up against the epitome of Unemployed. What do you mean a whole team combined kills doesn't even make half of other side top player. I played online multiplayer games for years and this game has the worst case of match making.
Game is already dead. Most of the matches are filled with Chinese bots that spam strafe and can shoot through smoke. Abilities seem pointless too. Not much else to say about it.
There is the bones of a good game here, but the balancing issues and small player base makes this a game I cannot recommend you pick up at this time. Matchmaking hardly works, it's likely you will be put in a lobby that only has 5 players, and you will not be having a fun time if you're put in a lobby where it's only you versus a group. Some characters are way stronger than others, The skunk being a particular menace on the defending side with no limits on stacking. I'm hoping in the future that the game is in a better state, but it's hard not to feel like the game is on it's way out even with people singing it's praises.
Good game, need people to stop screwing with other people in chat. It's annoying and very toxic, if any of you fuxkers from that toxic match find this go to hell and die. We dont need you and thats that, its a good game
Played the required amount of time for a review so here goes: Wild Assault is a battle royal game with multiple modes such as Attack and Defend, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, the works. Much like Angry Video Game Nerd and his relations with LJN games, I share the pain upon seeing the "Easy Anti-Cheat" at every load up knowing full well that the game I am going into is infested on a global scale with cheaters. No method to report the cheaters save for an in-game report function which doesn't help. A kick player function would be more reliable. Wild Assault has a certain TF2 charm of selecting different classes and even modifying weapons for better game tactics as well as an ability to climb and scale certain terrain almost akin to Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodhunt. The intro tutorial doesn't explain certain abilities or actions one could take in a real game, best example is trying to revive someone, I couldn't figure out what to do until I started pushing buttons randomly over a dying ...
This game could have improved on the Battlefield formula instead of just copying it. It didn't. Defenders almost always win, because they have infinite lives, quick spawn, and get put straight onto point. Attackers have limited lives, and have to either spawn on squad mates, or have travel time to the point. You'll also likely encounter the same 5 players that have hundreds of hours, and all the best gear and perks over and over again. If you're here for the furry waifus, just look them up. You know the websites, I know you do.
