I really want to like this software. Really cool idea, but it doesn't work at all. I played around for an hour. I made a model and saved it. After closing PicoCAD and opening it again... The model doesn't open anymore. I can't find the file in any folders, copy it, or even open the files from the software. I lost my work because I'm using Linux, and the software insists on thinking I'm using another OS. PicoCAD sees Proton and thinks you're using Windows, rendering everything unusable. I went to the discussion board and... Yep, it's been a problem since December 2024. Even though the Itch.io page is updated frequently and there's a standalone Linux version there, the Steam version has no Linux support. I know this is a passion project from a solo dev, that's why I wanted to pick it up in the first place. But why bother with Steam if you're not going to care enough to update it or offer the already working support you have in other stores? It's not like it's cheap either. Disap...
