About This Game

Arrogue is a deck-building roguelike featuring turn-based, physics-driven combat against dangerous enemies.
To succeed, you'll need to collect and upgrade powerful arrows and relics while making strategic decisions during random events.
But beware, death is permanent. If you die, you'll have to start over from the beginning.

- Shoot your way to victory: Shoot powerful arrows to destroy everything in your way, either to kill every enemy, collect buffs, heal yourself or to collect money.
- Make strategic choices: Find the right path, collect the arrows and relics that suit your needs, protect the village while trying to stay alive.
- Find the best synergies: With 140+ relics, 50+ arrows and 4 playable characters you have a ton of ways to win. Shoot 10 arrows at once, spread fire to the whole board, poison every enemy, kill every enemy with debris or shoot directly at them..
- Too easy for you?: Unlock difficulties for each character until it is challenging enough. Will you be able to win all difficulties on every character?
- Endless mode: Do you want to continue your build after winning? Play endless mode, find different ways of breaking the game and compete against other in an online leaderboard
- Appease your completionist instincts: Arrogue has endless replayability with challenging achievements.

About the dev:
I'm PIPAPOU, the solo dev of Arrogue. I've done everything in this game except (most) graphics, music and sound design.
I'm trying to craft you the best experience possible but as a solo dev it takes some time, that's why the game is in early access.

An impulse buy that has me hooked.
Great game, takes a while to get good at it. Basically trial and error till you know more of the items and combinations.
it's all based on luck it seems, if you don't get a good start with relics, arrows and mission layout then you will lose. It wont come down to skill. if you don't get the right Arrows and relics from the get go then you have lost
Honestly i really wanted to like this game, but as it is now it's completely unenjoyable due to a mix of bugs and design choices. There's currently a game breaking bug that makes the UI for choosing your next arrow show up when it isn't supposed to and bugs every interaction from then on, and the only way to avoid it is to turn of "Fast monster turns" and reduce the game speed, which is ATROCIOUSLY slow at x1. There's also no way to skip/FF any of the dialogue in the "story" or the random events, further slowing down the game. The game is 10% playing and 90% waiting until i can play again.
Fun concept, unfortunately in it's current state utterly devoid of balance and optimisation. The enemies are no challenge and you'll easily reach a point where it's basically impossible to fail. (Automatic poison on all enemies, poison prolif, poison doubling, more gold income than you can ever spend) The game begins to stutter when more than 10 coins or falling objects are on the screen. I want to give this a tumbs up, but its just way too rough around the edges, even for early access.
Fun mind numbing game that requires a bit of forward thinking. I love it.
