Thanks to creator for letting me know in review comments (still enjoyed the game even if the egg wasted an hour) Overall this game was a ton better than I thought it would be it's not incredibly hard but it's challenging so they really nailed the sweet spot on that. One complaint I have is that your character doesn't fall he instant transmissions to the bottom so if you don't jump over ledges you will plummet into spikes. I love that there's purple indicators so I'm not just looking for thing in the dark while a camp heavy mob is just continuously spanking me and tenderizing my character for his next meal. The game actually does have a flow and if you figure out the pattern it's very doable which is nice instead of getting graped over and over because you're close to the end of the game.
