Another Farm Roguelike: Rebirth

It's weird that the runs only last two weeks. Feels like it gets cut short every time. I know I can do endless, but without the rent aspect, it feels a little pointless.

Another Farm Rougelikes: Rebirth is not at all a bad games. It is very well designed, lots to learns, tons of mechanics that you wont understand the first play time, or even the tenth. One little things you glossed over will change the whole game and flow. If you like everything explained and handed to you this is not that game, the basics is explained and it is ups to you to explore your world and strive. The problem I have is the flow of the game. You will spent almost 2 hours beating medium or hards, more if you dont know what your doings. Classes will takes 10's if not 100's of medals which you earn 1 an hour making unlocking new playstyles the "classes" mechanices that change the entire game locked for oodles on oodles of time. I have 21 hours and have unlocked 3 out of the nearly 24+. Just a poor design flaw... People hate this game for not telling them things...or holding hands...and thats what I love...but with such repetitive game plays...the classes are what change the ga...

I feel like another farm rougelike: rebirth actually might be worse than the first one for like two main reasons. 1. The fact that there's only 2 or 3 weeks in each mode is a really crazy change. This completely prohibits you from achieving a satisfying build without going on endless (which you can but you've already won so it doesn't matter (to me at least)). Easy and normal are two weeks and are both stupidly easy but for hard and crazy they ramp up the rent so much it almost seems impossible. this is because they devs insist on keeping the 2 or 3 week count so the only way they can make it harder is by upping the rent. This makes the game feel more like a puzzle game rather than a rougelike as you have to do specific things in a specific order. Also having the game be so short doesn't even make sense since you wont even be able to build certain things since you aren't a high enough level. 2. This game seems VERY unbalanced. the original was a slightly unbalanced too but ...

I didn't really like this game, it was slow, but had too short of a time frame, Some people Will definatly enjoy this game, but its not for me

Another Farm Roguelike Rebirth is another farm roguelike by the creator of Another Farm Roguelike. While I see many people claim that this game is barely different to the first one I have to disagree. From my personal experience I think this feels like a proper sequel, not a remake, not a remastered version, it's a new game with the same core gameplay but heavily expanded and refined. If you haven't played the first game, let me explain how this works. You own a piece of land but you have to pay off your debt at the end of each week. You have to last several weeks depending on the difficulty until you win. In order to make neough money you can plant and harvest crops, raise animals, mine ore and smelt bars, craft a multitude of different items. There are so many different things and strategies you can follow but most will come down to your selected character and what perks you get hroughout your run. When you start a run your will only have a tiny piece of land that is full of stones, ...

i'm so sad. I really loved the demo, not sure what happened with the release. There is no tutorial, so I don't know what I'm doing with the new things.

I understand its a remake of an old game with a higher price so i understand the bad comments but i am having so much fun playing this game. I bought it 2 days ago and already have 22 hours on it. Would totally recommend, its apeasable to both new and old players with a great learning curve and additional challenges if youd like to make your life harder. Really hope the game keeps getting updates cuz its just that fun :D

an addictive click and collect game

The different starting classes play very differently, surprising amount of depth with a simple interface. Well worth the price.
