Something about a game developer remastering his incomprehensible game to make it equally incomprehensible seems like such a smug move. Wait, I apologize, this is ApeHardware, it's not remastered it's unmastered... Is it fair to say you are a reverse game developer at this point? If it wasn't for some frustration with specific puzzles and a few confusing dialogue prompts, I would say it's definitely your best work, as an overall experience I think the focus on the weird narrative and the characters is something that I always wanted from your other games, even if the writing is a little weird. Between all of the strange locations and just meeting these surreal individuals, I do think the game has a good atmosphere going for it, the only time I felt different was when a puzzle was too hard to understand, so there were times where I just wanted to rage quit just because I had no idea what you wanted me to do. What might confuse people is that this game does not function as a text comma...

About This Game
They say that something beyond belief happens there.
They say that almost every person that goes there does not return.
They say that the few ones who manage to return never speak about what they saw.
They also say that an entity from another world hides in the sewers, but that's irrelevant to this story.
They say the sort of things that make you too curious about unknown dangers even when the rational part of your brain tells you not to. In several languages. With a megaphone.
The town they speak about is in front of you. Will you live to tell the tale?
Wait, wait, wait, weren’t we here before?
Badcome back.
Until it’s Undone, the anti-point-and-click in which you unmake puzzles by typing, has returned, weirder than ever. It’s a short ride, but one that will stick with you like a limpet made of wonder and confusion.
- Complete graphic overhaul with sprites created from home-taken pictures, plus a few stock images and doodles.
- New minigame sections centered around twisting popular game mechanics into something almost unrecognizable.
- Expanded soundtrack.
- A few alternative puzzle solutions.
- Plenty of optimizations.
- 85% more body horror.
- Even more sarcasm.
- A giant spider (kinda).
It’s time to go back to the lost town, one last time.

ENG: Interesting plot, without making too much spoiler, but it is a horror game where everything is upside down, we do not move forward, we go backwards, we do not solve puzzles, we disassemble them, and all that twisted logic with its rotten graphics create something that I think was very good and above all different. Well, now for the gameplay, apart from some weird 3D first-person mini-games, most of the game is reading and typing commands, crouching, talking, listening, and so on. There are some inconsistencies and awkwardness in this regard, like getting stuck on not finding the right word and such, but nothing that can't be overcome. Finally, there are some non-boss fights (if you can call them that) that have been a challenge and I liked them a lot. Anyway, another rarity from this developer, at a very good price for the 3 hours it lasts. ESP: Interesante argumento, sin hacer mucho spoiler, pero es un juego de horror donde todo esta al revés, no avanzamos, retrocedemos, no res...
Hmmm I'd recommend detuned or eldritch parasite over this one, but its still got that trademark crypticness from Ape Hardware, some the great looking renders and soundscapes. I couldn't get into this one, but if you have the patience its an interesting take on a text adventure.
I liked this game - I had a few laughs playing it, and, overall, I enjoyed the typing components. It's got a creepy, unsettling feel. There's some typos, but, honestly, they kind of added to the atmosphere a bit. I'd love to see more horror games in this genre. Easily worth the price of entry.
