Mech suit, decent upgrade elements, cuteness, beautiful graphics , what more could you ask for ? This is really a fresh air among VR games. TBH I am not even a fan of mech games , for example I tried Vox Machina a year ago and it was a very forgettable experience for me. But I dived right into Mech Party. The game doesn't give you over-complicated control scheme, like in other mech games, you gotta push 100 different buttons or pull 3 levers at the same time just to move your mech suit. In Mech Party, it is very very very simple and easy to get into. Then you will instantly get the guilty pleasure of destroying AI robots. The game doesn't have any 'story' as far as I know, but it has a somewhat single player challenge mode, which gives different challgens, ranging from kill-all to hide and seek. You won't get bored too fast. You also receive credits for killing AI bots , and you can use those credits to upgrade your mech suit/ weapon / customize mech appearances etc. Once you rea...

User Reviews
Did not expect too much at the beginning, but Mecha Party proves to be a surprisingly decent game. Casual gameplay with nice art style that matches the theme. Control is clear and easy. Played for about half an hour, very fun.
Picked this up out of curiosity. The game looks nice, cool art style and various mech options to choose from. It offers some upgrades and a few play styles with various difficulty levels. However, you have to grind a little bit to unlock mechs, upgrades and additional difficulty levels. The AI is pretty non-threatening in the initial difficulty setting. Think it's fine for casual players but if you love hardcore all out war you may have to unlock the additional difficulty levels to feel challenged in single player mode. Haven't unlocked much yet so don't know how challenging it would get nor have I unlocked additional mechs ect .. so I can only speak based on initial gameplay. Looks like it may offer some decent replay value once you get additional mechs and unlock hard and expert mode. As far as multi-player, I couldn't get a game going. There aren't enough players available to play against. With that said, single player mode may be good enough if you don't mind playing against bots...
