Is this an Early Access title?

In spirit, YES. In reality, no. The backstory: This is our first game release and we didn't realize you couldn't participate in Early Access after releasing your game. We had intended to be in Early Access for six months to a year after launch.  Swashbuckler's Xmas is still in active development and will receive at least two new levels and many, many enhancments and bug fixes before we call the 1.0 release version done.
