Went in expecting a cheesy game about aliens and was thoroughly caught off guard by the Cabin in the Woods levels of craziness and a genuinely fun and memorable experience! The game plays in a fairly simple way- go to a new world, gather these keys, experience a small story, then bounce and move into the next one. It's simple but it's charm lies in it's story telling and how they build the worlds that you visit and the reasoning behind all of them as you move through the story. Each one is lovingly crafted to fit the themes they're aiming for, and while their scare factor is pretty limited their atmosphere is surprisingly good for the price tag associated with them. This game is a genuinely fun trip for a few hours of your day and stands out wonderfully among the other choices in it's price tag in the indie horror scene.
