Had fond memories of this game as a kid so thought i'd get a copy - it has the usual issues with an older game but there is a specific bug that is making the game very frustrating to play - when you make a deal with a neighbour, the deal will be for them to buy water from you or pay for some other utility - however, as soon as you click accept, there is a high chance when you review the deal, it will invert what the deal was e.g i'd buy water or power from them instead. it's very annoying!
