I brought this game as a FYou to collective shout and Visa And mastercard. I have ZERO regrets.

I played this game for many hours as a dark survival game before I realized there was DLC. All of the horrible, depraved, degrading things you can do the adult females in the game you can do to the children in the DLC. Everything in this game is illegal in any other format up to and including reality. This game was created by and tailored to the darkest parts of the human soul and psyche. Spare yourself.

i thought im a perv...but this game is just on another level. i played with male main. and my perspective would be from the main male character. i hated the female experience. you can change between them at any moment in your camp. and you would need to level them up as two different characters. if you want all the H stuff with female dont give her more then 100-150 hp..... now: the gameplay is so good. i didnt know i would love base building with survival rpg. with H opportunities at any moment. different animation...you always looking to fined the next thing to Wohoo. but not just that but the next upgrade the next level up....im amazed... i finished the regular version and begun experiencing the beta. improving my base building. having new ideas for a perfect harem. perfect base. and with the ability to use cheats it becomes a true sandbox i recommand to use after you finished the game as is. i finished the official game version and now im playing the beta version you can access e...

Kinda hate how the female main character can only be raped and has no other way to have sex but regardless game is worth for sure

too violent exactly too my liking [spoiler]knock woman out in their home drag them home then to knock up them or knock them there in front of their family friend or whatever they is then kill them and drag woman home make them give birth,dont forget to download dlc to maximum your moral degradtion[/spoiler]

good game needs more female mc content

Mad Island is a survival game that really stands out for being a lewd themed indie game. The mix of crafting, exploration, taming, and base-building makes for a rewarding gameplay loop. From farming and fishing to exploring caves and ruins, there’s always something engaging to do. Taming villagers and unique creatures like Bigfoot or the Werewolf adds some depth and personality to your base. I like the raids, though there could be some more variety. starting small and slowly expanding into a thriving settlement feels great. Combat and exploration are nothing amazing but fun, and the island has plenty of surprises that keep you invested. That said, there are areas that could be improved: More info or direction on what certain items do/how they should be used and about who can use them. Base building could use more options for defenses, variety, and customization. Also please fix the snapping issues, kinsof hard to align walls and platforms etc. Combat would benefit from more range...

Is a enjoyable game but NPC workshop is something most cannot utilise due to the fact that it needs SPINE pro and not everyone can casually drop $369-$439+ to get it. I would absolutely love to mod a custom NPC but I can't really do that now can I? Gameplay is fun, artstyle and animation is mediocre and the background to character does not match at all so the only thing carrying this game for me is it's unique gameplay. If NPC workshop can be changed so that we are editing and replacing the png asset files themselves instead of needing to rely on SPINE, then that is something most can work with but otherwise, at this moment in time, needing SPINE Pro is rendering the NPC workshop completely obsolete except the minority handful that already have the bought the liscense. Believe me, I was quite excited about making my own custom npc as I have made my own custom prop before in this game but the fact that SPINE pro is a must have and it is crazy expensive kills my drive altogether.

Normal game for well-adjusted people.
