The moment I saw the "landlady" and "roommate" crap, I shut it off.
Follow the example of the creators for My Bimbo Dream and Lust Theory, and let your players define the relationships.
This weird "landlady/tenant" relationship dynamic is weird and stupid. If you can't be bothered with including the programming for defining the relationships, then just don't even put labels on it as stupid as "landlady/tenant".

I have a few VN's for comparison, and this one is very interactive.
It has a similar play style and feel of titles such as (Man of the House). and yet, so much more. It is still in development, but what t delivers so far is well worth it. Future updates will only make it better.
Hours of game play, and as always, can be played with one hand for those with extremity distractions.
