Hydroplane: Riptide Racers

I have really enjoyed playing HRR. There's a nice variety of tracks with some interesting variations and I am personally a fan of the game's aesthetic. Definitely worth a shot.

Runs well on low-power PCs. Customization and interesting tracks!

I'd like to see more variety in the powerups, but its a lot of fun!

I genuinely adore this game. It has its rough edges and issues. However, you can really tell it had some real effort put into by someone who is passionate about making games for people to play. I definitely recommend picking this up and trying to get first place in all the different racing series. its much more difficult than i would have expected. The AI are ruthless with missiles. Genuinely fun game with character and charm

this game "so totally rocks squirt. fin. knoggin. duuuuuuude" But on a serious note, I love this game, the only complaints is that it seems like every time I get hit by a rocket, there is IMMEDIATELY 2 more afterwards. Maybe I am just getting unlucky. And then sometimes it seems like the other racers just disappear at some point in the race and I just do not see any other racers, no matter what placement I am in. But I love just racing around and trying to drift, and using the big boost item!

Love this game, the only 2 things that seemed weird to me was that items overwrite the items you already have, so you cannot hold onto an item/ability that you want to, and that you cannot look backwards! Besides that I love the game, I love the customization, and I think that it is simple but in a good way. Its a fun game, the physics are fun to mess with, and I enjoy all of the different courses!

Hydroplane: Riptide Racers is a cool racing game with lots of tracks. The controls are very smooth. I find this game very relaxing to play. I would recommend this game to anyone and everyone.

great music, and map design very fun game all around!

Super fun game that puts you in a meditative state. Very relaxing music playing. Would be a great vice for taking a break from studying or worrying about something you've been stressing about. I found this in the new trending racing games, and with that being said, i'm excited to see what updates are to come going forward. This is a solid game as is and a few simple changes could really set it over the top. Definitely with the price.

Simplicity is this one's strenght. You pick 3 items and 3 parts that make up your plane's stats and hit the waves! No story, not even sounds. The music is pleasant however and the cubeworld look envokes a feeling of nostalgia. What else? The controls are super simple, you accelerate, steer, use your item and drift. Your drift quickly fills a little bar that boosts you when you let go. The tracks are the only thing in this game that can throw you off as it is possible to take a wrong turn and end up in a dead end but it's easy to make up for such a mistake if you get the boost down. It's the kind of game I would enjoy playing on the go on my phone so if a mobile port drops someday, let me know alright?
