If I'm going to be honest, this game is phenomenal. Its upsetting that there has to be a point where the story no longer continues, but non-the less its an amazing game. I wish i found out about the "Right ALT" button to skip some of the sleeping time sequences, but I still love this game. It was a unique experience learning about the lore of everyone's life. Pretty sad at times. I even cried. I will eventually seek out the other endings, 2-4, for the achievements and I have no doubt that it'll leave me in awe. I only wish... that there was more. A true ending. An ending that'll last till the end of her lifespan. Ok I just finished the other endings. Ending 3 is the true best ending. Its super short but its the best ending you'll ever get. Though, I still wish for there to be a sequel or continuation of the 5th ending. Never got to use the SOS or FCR option. I mean i bet I could've but i didn't want to read the same lines too many times. you'll eventually start losing the feel unti...

Aliya: Timelink is a surprisingly good short story with an interesting way of progression. It follows a dialogue between you and Aliya in a real-time chat window, uncovering the plot. While it might need a bit of polish, I think it really deserves the praise it gets, as it achieves lot over its short runtime.
Damn man. Jesus. I've only finished the first ending and it hit me like a freight train. I only have 2 hours but because the game is somewhat reliant on real time, you spend more "time" than you realise. On my first run through, I initially made it so I tried to be mean and distant with the character. I played it off for laughs really but there were moments that I had to remind myself to pick the lesser option for the sake of playing a role. By the end of my first ending, a wave of grief crashed down on me. I'm not even fully completed but I completely recommend this game. What an experience to have, especially playing strictly past 9pm like I did. Edit: I fully finished the game and unlocked all the endings. I originally bought this game discounted, but I decided to buy the sound track and art book to support the creator even more.
Wonderful game, absolute immersive audio. completed 4 endings, one of the few games that touched my heart.
Yes for emotions, soundtrack, concept & the game being an interactive medium. If you're afraid of "I have to wait and be there at all times" you can skip waiting time with "shift". I'd say the playthrough takes about 2-3 hours then. So yes, even if you do work, you can play this during one evening. I usually don't read/play visual novels. But chat messages feel more digestable. The english translation seemed okay, too. Maybe a little casual at times, but I'm willing to believe that's just how space adventurers talk in the future.
Aliya: Timelink was a wonderful game. I loved how the wait time encouraged you to wait for Aliya's reply as she lives her life and you live yours since, sure, I have over 6 hours in this game, but I was able to play for a few minutes each day and still feel like I was making meaningful progress. This made the time I spent with Aliya feel that much more "real". Maybe it was just me, but I pretended that we were distant descendant and ancestor since there is a distance of 1000 years between you and her. Since there is a heart rate monitor, you know exactly what that means for a game with multiple endings. Repeat playthroughs are made much easier as you can share the knowledge you gained to avoid the tragic ending of your first playthough. I'm looking forward to the points shop items whenever they arrive. (There is a way to skip the wait time, but please get endings 3 or 4 before you do so since that's where you find the ability)
why I’m getting way too attached to aliya..? i even waiting her message than my parents... i know there is a button to skip the waiting time, but i don't want to do it..
