Alright. Mystery Stories: Mountains of Madness is done and dusted. It's been a while since I read At the Mountains of Madness, but it was always my favorite H.P. Lovecraft story, so I was curious to see how Cerasus treated the source material here. And actually, they did a pretty good job of using the source material as a solid canvas but giving the story their own spin. Which I did like. horrible graphics for supposedly being released in '23. its likely a mobile port but thats the actual issue with those.. just slap them on pc and charge triple the price of what it was/is on mobile again for old crap thats horrible to look at by pc standards.( even by mobile standards nowadays lol... especially looking at you, ARTIEX MUNDI and BIG FISH) and all they usually do is changing input from touch to mouse and keyboard, which obviously is so much work that they just HAVE to charge so much.. this game at least didnt overcharge like other scummy publishers but still.. not even 1080p and its just too annoying to spot items you might or might not be able to interact with. plus absolute useless hint system. unless youre really desperate for a HOG dont buy this.. the curator who rated this as decent graphics should get his eyes checked!
