It's exactly the same game as the original. The "completely re-written scrpit" is a lie. There is a new UI, but it's the same one which was used in Komorebi, so there are no auto, log or skipping features. There are a few new dialogue options, although they don't change anything really. This release is underwhelming and borderline scammy, because it promises a new experience, while it's the exactly same thing. It's basically a "supporter pack" edition.

Major/Minor 2.0: (Re)Vision is pretty much the same as the original. There are some major and minor differences (pun not intended). The overall story is still the same, and has very little in the way of variation. Each character still feels pretty flat and doesn't give much in the way of character development. The game is divided into a short prologue, ten chapters, and a short epilogue (depending on the ending you choose). The amount of content within the game is not disappointing (especially at its price point), but definitely leaves room for desire. Also, it felt like there was some content that was in the original that didn't make into the revision. Though, I cannot confirm this at the time of this review, I'll look more into it later. The User Interface is fluid and as good as one could hope, but the dialogue options are not particularly interesting. Outside of the extremes (like being blatantly rude or uncomfortably forward), the dialogue never really felt like it made much of a ...

Game frequently freezes making it impossible to progress the story. the only solution is to restart it and hope that it magically works.

While not a bad experience in general, it's too similar to 1.0 and feels like false advertisement due to the 'completely rewritten script' point below. So one might as well play 1.0 for free, since it's not worthwhile to have paid for both (when 1.0 was not yet free). To elaborate: Played 1.0 way back and enjoyed it. But as another review said, 'completely rewritten script' is plain false; it was basically exactly as I remembered outside of the few new dialogue choices which changed next to nothing. Plus, for example the flirt dialogue options are very out-of-place in half of the choices, and sometimes the characters rightfully even say so, making that awkward as well. (I.e. when you're an Acheron fan. Konrad's are fine though, if not a bit overly bold at times.) That, and the inability to go back to previous dialogue, make the reloaded edition underwhelming: Say you accidentally continue the dialogue and thus miss a bit. You then have to reload, and possibly hold down spacebar for s...
