Supper addictive twin stick shooter
I think it seems alright. It plays a bit like a more stressful (and less Bechdel-Wallace compliant-) Assault Android Cactus.
Genuinely god-tier gameplay hampered by the fact that there's zero degree of randomization. There is precisely one game route, and it's the exact same every time. If grinding the a single set of enemy patterns for hours sounds fun for you, give it a go. If it doesn't, proceed with caution. I can't quite give this a thumb's down, because the game is well-crafted and clearly guided by a specific vision. Still, I feel like it would've been ten times better if enemies were randomly spawned, like they are in games such as Akane, Kill the Crows, or Tormentor X Punisher. Kill Knight draws on a similar spirit of chaotic, arcade action, but it lacks the spontaneity and improvisation those games offer, which is a detriment in my opinion. That all being said... give this a go on sale if you like, but be warned the overall scope of gameplay is incredibly narrow.
So tempting that I bought it, refunded....and totally forgot and bought it again.

Great bullet hell with a lot of replayability with harder difficulties and gear to unlock. It feels as good as it looks too.
takes so long to make money for equipment or the alt is doing horribly lame requirements to get new equipment. mehhhh cool concept, fun gameplay, just to big of a wall for me to care to get through
ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE
It's very fun but also very short and unlocking equipment is very tedious. I've beaten the game in around 5 hours and have maybe a third of the unlocks at best.
