Pretty solid boomer shooter with modern game mechanics, plays very much like Mullet Madjack but more enjoyable to me due to this game being more straight forward. And the OST is top notch!

About This Game
CRUEL drops you into a twisted world. Disoriented and trapped in a bizarre hotel, you find a lifeless body in the elevator. Without hesitation, you grab the weapon from its cold grip, bracing yourself for the horrors ahead.
Survive a Living Nightmare: Battle through 10 dynamic, ever-changing levels filled with bloodthirsty enemies who won’t stop until you’re dead. The building itself is your enemy—time is running out, and it’s trying to consume you.
Run, Fight, and Adapt: Speed is your only ally as you race against a constantly shifting environment. Keep an eye out for cans, which serve as both health boosts and currency for powerful upgrades. Stack them up and unleash a devastating attack when you need it most.
Pulse-Pounding OST: Feel the adrenaline surge with a hard-hitting electronic soundtrack that keeps you on edge. The relentless beats and aggressive synths mirror the intensity of the gameplay, immersing you deeper into the chaotic, surreal world of CRUEL.
A Blast from the Past: Inspired by the adrenaline-pumping classics of FPS and arcade games, CRUEL delivers fast-paced action with a twist of dark humour. It's a nostalgic thrill ride that doesn’t take itself too seriously, offering a fresh experience with a comedic kick.

super good would love to see updates. More and better upgrades would be great a lot of them just suck cock
The gameplay mechanic and shooting is very fun, and the game's style is very appealing (to me), however, I ended up refunding it. Mainly because the gameplay loop didn't appeal to me. And I'm not talking about rouge-like in general because I've played a lot of rouge-likes before. But in less than 60 minutes, I've reached the 8th floor and it felt like the game could have used a lot of more varied content. (More weapons, cards, enemies, environments, maybe a normal mode) In its current state, I honestly feel like it's still in early access. If this changes in the future, I might buy it again cause I liked the movement and shooting mechanics a lot.
It's okay I just don't feel that real rush I get from a FPS so it's a no for me but I will still give it a like because it's got spirit.
This goes hard with slipknot on
