Meowmunitions can be played solo, but you can also play it with friends via Steam Remote Play Together or the built-in online multiplayer.
Equipped with a customized gun, you explore procedurally generated worlds. Along the way, you receive many rewards, ranging from passive artifacts and potions to augments for further customizing your gun.
Gun customization is one of the key mechanics that drives the game’s strategic depth. Since the game drops random augments rather than specific ones, you can never be sure what kind of gun you'll end up with.
You begin the game with limited power, facing only a few enemies, but their numbers grow exponentially as you advance. And at the end of each map, you’ll have to face off a boss with unique mechanics, testing your build and skill. To survive, you'll need to carefully decide which items to buy, which artifacts to equip, and how you design your gun.

What I love most is the augment system and the ability to stack ridiculous weapons. Every run feels fresh because you can build the wildest gun imaginable. shooting everything from bullets to lasers to insane combos. This variety keeps the gameplay exciting and never repetitive.
The fast paced gameplay is easy to pick up but hard to master. Each run feels unpredictable and challenging with enough depth to keep me coming back.
That said, the chaos can sometimes be a little too much, the screen gets visually overwhelming, and like many roguelikes, some runs depend on luck

Feels undercooked - more like early access. It's functional and I love the idea of the augments, but the visual clarity of things isn't great, some effects are overwhelming on the screen, I don't like that parts have durability... A mixed bag for me
